Clear filters Brilliant site in the garden of England

Plenty of room and very helpful and pleasant site wardens.
You couldn't ask for a better location to explore so many interesting places on your bicycles.

Great vibes during the day, with everyone BBQing and kids playing, followed by a chilled evening watching all the fire pits and groups enjoying a nice sunset.
Amazing hosts and brilliant plots. We were asked where we wanted to pitch up and were offered a secluded corner spot as we had children and were two groups. Really great stay. Thanks again!
Camping in the orchard
Medium Tent - Electric Grass Pitches Jul 2023 Relaxed atmosphere even on a busy weekend. Very friendly and helpful welcome from Karen and Simon. We liked the seemingly random placing of the pitches. Good grass for a tent!
Beautiful maintained camp site under cherry trees
Single Axle Caravan - Electric Grass Pitches Jul 2023 Dog friendly and beautiful maintained camp site under cherry trees. We chose this site primarily because we wanted to go to London by train, but we were pleasantly surprised.
The campsite is small but beautiful.
Superb stay, will be returning
Large Tent - Non Electric Grass Pitches Jun 2023 Clean facilities, amazing onsite owners who are just so friendly and really make your stay feel welcome and inviting. Great facilities, bathrooms and showers, chest freezer onsite.
We explored Faversham market on the Friday and Saturday which was so lovely and less than a 10 mins drive. Headed up to Whitstable (25 mins) and had fish and chips, paddleboarding and swam in the sea. All rounded off with a BBQ and bonfire later on-site. Pizzas at the Alma were great too!
Overall stay was 10/10, absolutely amazing time.

Small Tent - Non Electric Grass Pitches Apr 2023 Lovely location, with nice local pub only 2 mins walk away. Very friendly hosts, who were welcoming to our nervous dog. Fire pit hire with logs for very reasonable price. Will definitely be back.
Lovely place to stay
Trailer Tent - Electric Grass Pitches Apr 2023 Had a lovely 3 nights stay here. It was a shame about the weather was it was raining on the day we left but beautiful on the other days.
Lovely campsite and surroundings with a nice village pub a five min walk away. Very friendly people on camp. Good washing up facilities and the toilets/showers were always kept nice and clean. The managers, Karen & Simon, were so helpful and lovely. Even the day we were leaving, because of the bad rain, they said no rush because we had a trailer tent.
We definitely will come back and bring our dog next time as it's nice to see dogs on leads and owners respectful of this.
We definitely recommend this campsite.

Great site
Single Axle Caravan - Electric Grass Pitches Apr 2023 1st trip this year but 3rd trip to this site, nice restful 3 nights away.
Ground was a bit boggy but that's because of all the rain we have had in Kent in March. Simon and Karen are great hosts and run the site very well. The Alma pub is a few minutes walk away, with nice food and a nice beer garden. But book, as always very busy.
We will be back to the site again this year.
Friendly, personal service
Sprinter-Type Campervan - Non Electric Grass Pitches Mar 2023 I had a warm welcome with clear instructions. The site is close to a good pub and all the activities I needed, so was ideal for me.
Also, I locked my keys (and phone) in the van just before leaving and I was helped in every way and not made to feel a nuisance at all!

Great site- peaceful and friendly
VW-Type Campervan - Electric Grass Pitches Oct 2022 This is a great site and we had a wonderful time there. Great situation- in the countryside but not in the middle of nowhere- a relaxed and calm vibe. You can just hear the motorway but it is a low hum in the background, not intrusive.
The nearby pub is great for food and drink and the local village really nice. There is also a nice walk into Fakenham that takes about an hour- perfect.
The facilities are great for a small site and are scrupulously clean at all times. Our only comment would be on the showers. A 10 minute limit is fine but the pressure we found a little low and the fittings are probably due an upgrade. The site managers were fantastic- welcoming, friendly and couldn't do enough. Also, this site had the best Wi-Fi signal we have experienced. We had a great time.

Lovely little site
Medium Tent - Non Electric Grass Pitches Oct 2022 Great little campsite. Mixture of both tents and MH/trailer with electric and non-electric pitches available. Lovely site managers who stay on site and run a small shop for essentials. Facilities are fine, with showers that provide 10 mins of hot water rather than the swimming pool variety that requires a push every 10 seconds. Fire pits and logs available to purchase.
Pub and a small playground just up the road. 20 mins or so to Whitstable and Canterbury for days out.

Large Tent - Electric Grass Pitches Oct 2022 Lovely site, very friendly welcome, pub nearby, we enjoyed exploring Faversham. We only stated one night as main purpose was to try out our new tent, but would go back again for longer when it is warmer.

It was a perfect introduction to camping for my friend, who throughly enjoyed her stay even with bad weather.
Whole site was friendly, quite and clean. Looking forward to my next trip.
Brilliant campsite
Motorhome - Electric Grass Pitches Sep 2022 This site was brilliant with a warm reception and plenty of help when needed. Our hosts, Simon and Karen, were terrific. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will return. We actually stayed two nights.
