Absolutely fantastic

We stayed here for our sons 13th birthday who is passionate about fishing, what a wonderful place to come. So peaceful, clean and friendly, all you can hear is the birds, we also brought our 2 dogs who had a wonderful time! We will definitely be returning!

Fantastic stay, brilliant helpful staff!

First time camping for me and my family in our new van. Didn't know what to expect. We got to Burton Springs bang on arrival time and we were immediately accommodated. They assisted when I bought a short electrical lead for hook-up and were brilliant! The facilities were amazing, a great park for the little ones and a fantastic area for the dogs to run wild and meet the park dogs Beau and Dexter! Really enjoyed our stay and would book again!

Beautiful site

We've just been here for a recent short weekend away with a group of friends, the site it's self was very well maintained and as far as camping facilities go some of the best we've been to. Lovely clean individual shower and toilet blocks with hand towels changed regularly. The fishing lakes are stunning and there's a lovely little room with air hockey and foosball table which we enjoyed and we travelled to Minehead which wasn't to far. Can't wait to return in the late summer and the owners were very lovely and welcoming and their doggies were very cute ☺️

Absolutely amazing

I had originally booked a camper hook-up, but ended up needing a pod - at very last minute too! I want to thank the campsite owners for being so accommodating, friendly and helping me out! The campsite is beautiful. Well kept, with brand new facilities, and the pod was gorgeous! Massive thanks for a fabulous 2 night stay! (Just wished I had a fishing rod to join in the fishing!!)

Great stay

We had a great stay at Burton Springs. We arrived after a massive down pour, which unfortunately resulted in us getting stuck in the mud! The team were a great help and were always there to assist. Nice clean facilities on site. They had fish and chip vendors on site, which was a nice treat. They have a little park for the kids, a lovely lake and a dog walking field for your four legged friends. There are plenty of walks with the local castle to coast walk easily accessible (in this weather I'd recommend wellies!) and a decent pub within walking distance. Would definitely recommend this site.

Lovely few days, hosts were super helpful. Lovely fishing lakes and the facilities were spotless.

Lovely

I would recommend. The campsite is beautiful, walking around the lakes and listening to the silence was so relaxing. All facilities were lovely and clean and the hosts were very helpful. I only dropped 1 star on location because I love complete darkness and star gazing but with Hinckley point nearby there was quite a bit of light pollution. I would still return though.

Hidden gem

From the minute we arrived we were greeted by the owner who was really friendly. We had requested an end pitch due to a nervous dog which we were provided with. The toilet and showers were fab, really liked having separate cubicles with toilet and shower, lovely and clean and plenty of warm water. Hubby booked fishing, lakes well stocked and well kept. Will definitely be back for longer next time.

This was our second camping trip to Burton Springs. I couldn’t recommend it enough! We will be back next year!

Amazing visit

We were a little worried for coming, being the first time away alone with the children and dog and it was amazing. It was very dog friendly and child friendly. There's books and DVDs ready and some games which we all enjoyed. Some items in the shop, which has an honesty box. The glamping pod was clean and bigger than it looks in the photos with everything needed! We are already planning on coming again next year as we enjoyed it that much. Thank you so much.

Amazing place to stay!

Please do yourselves a favour and visit this lovely space. The owners are so amazing and kind, the best people ever really. I experienced a bit of illness during my stay and they were so lovely and helpful and restored my faith in humanity 😂 Already planning our next trip there. Amazing place, so clean, toilet and showers were so clean and the whole place is just amazing. There is a common room with puzzles books DVDs and some pub games. Also there is a fridge and kettle and microwave etc. Pub very close by if you want to eat out but also there is an in-camp shop too with many things. Overall a great place!

Motorhome pitch

Great site, the owners and staff are friendly and most obliging. Shower block and toilets are immaculate, great for dogs, liked the site it that much we stayed another night. Would highly recommend, also great value for money, and would actually pay more. To me personally, it's underpriced.

Our 1st Burton Springs holiday

We spent 5 nights here. The owners were very friendly and welcoming. The site was well-maintained, clean and tidy. Very relaxing and quiet. The shower and toilet cubicles were very clean. Cleaned twice a day. The honesty shop is a lovely idea, plenty of choice, from ice cream, milk to frozen meals. My husband being able to go fishing was great as well. The dogs loved it and the walking area was lovely for them. Plenty of public footpaths in the area. A pub was within walking distance.

Good place to stay

Nice park with excellent service from the staff, all facilities were very clean. We would be happy to go back.

Holiday

Booked 3 pitches for family get together and could not have been happier. Spacious pitches, plenty of activities for the children and super clean. Very happy and would highly recommend.

Lovely site

Excellent, lovely place. Hosts and staff were really friendly and helpful. Good location and easy access. Far enough away to be quiet, but close enough to have access to the local area, without a long journey. Pub in walking distance and plenty of others a drive away.

Love this place, really awesome for any ages, will be back in the summer :-) Lovely facilities, nice and clean, lots of little extras, owners very helpful and friendly. Really the only one thing that I'm putting, as it may help the owners to watch out for, is I had to pick up two large dog doos from my pitch and the free area.

Thank you for your lovely review. So sorry about the dog poo. We do our hardest to check every pitch on check out and also go in the doggy field with our own dogs to double check. Unfortunately, not all dog owners are responsible and pick up after their dogs. We will have to keep an extra eye out.
