With regards to the lane, it is best to follow the map & directions on our website as we are a rural farm site and we have three lanes that lead up to us. Two of them are farm tracks and, whilst they are nice to walk to the local villages & beaches, they are not suitable for vehicles and sometimes satnavs direct people the wrong way. Hopefully it did not spoil your stay too much.

First stay with teenagers in the campervan
VW-Type Campervan - Standard Electric Grass Pitches Feb 2025 What a lovely campsite, eco friendly and lots of space. The staff were welcoming and offered helpful tips on the location of the local beaches.
We will return in the warmer months to make use of the campfires.

Site was so quiet and you can hear all the birds. Showers and toilets are so clean.

Motorhome - XL Electric Hardstanding Pitches Feb 2025 An excellent stay and very helpful staff. Only downside was lack of WIFI.
A lovely site and I enjoyed some lovely beach walks. Lots of places to eat in East Wittering. A lovely quiet site, with very clean loos and showers.

For future reference, we do have limited Wi-Fi around the patio area & Amenity block, just ask staff for the access password.

VW-Type Campervan - Standard Electric Grass Pitches Jan 2025 A warm welcome, good value and very clean. Pitches are well spaced out and it’s a very quiet site - apart from a few tap dancing seagulls in the morning!

Single Axle Caravan - XL Electric Hardstanding Pitches Jan 2025 A fantastic, clean and orderly site with hard standings for a winter's stay with the caravan. We enjoyed walking to Bracklesham Bay, East Wittering, West Wittering and to Itchenor and The Ship Inn for lunch.

Excellent and well run site in a lovely location
VW-Type Campervan - Standard Electric Grass Pitches Oct 2024 Great site, off the beaten track so nice and quiet. 10 minute walk to the beach front. This site is multi award winning and it's not hard to see why.

Absolutely splendid site
VW-Type Campervan - XL Electric Hardstanding Pitches Oct 2024 A staggeringly good stay at Stubcroft Farm. This was our first trip in our minivan and Stubcroft proved a perfect location for a shakedown. From the beginning to the end, our brief stay was perfect.
Lovely pitches, close to beaches and amenities. Brilliant staff. The facilities were never short of spotless, they were always on hand if any help was needed. We fully intend to return, thank you so much for a wonderful stay.

Clean site, super friendly staff, wonderful local produce
Single Axle Caravan - Standard Electric Grass Pitches Aug 2024 A 20 minute walk into East Wittering via a footpath from the site. The staff were delightful.
The little shop had a good range of products and the local produce was top notch (the sausages and bacon were amazing). The showers and toilet facilities were 5 star.

Lovely site
Medium Tent - XL Non Electric Grass Pitches Aug 2024 Great location for nearby West Wittering beach. The site is well organised and the friendly staff and manager are always around for any help, to check everyone is having a good stay and keeping the site clean and tidy.
The facilities are well maintained with regular cleaning. We will definitely return.

Great site and location
Small Tent - Basic Non Electric Grass Pitches Aug 2024 Lovely site. Great location. Clean facilities. Friendly staff. Only small criticism (and I'm nit-picking here) is that I felt a little crowded.
I would have preferred fewer tents in the field or more space between each plot as we could easily hear conversation and coughing in nearby tents.

During the school holidays, like most sites along the south coast, we were fully booked with families enjoying the great beach weather. Our pitches are larger than average and we do allow the full recommended fire break between pitches but like all campsites, minor noises like coughing can travel on still summer nights. Many experienced campers bring ear plugs & we do sell these in our shop if needed.
If you prefer seclusion it is best to come in the quieter early and later parts of the season, such as April, May, June & September, the weather is usually good along the south coast, you can often have an entire field to yourself. We hope this did not spoil your stay too much and hope to see you again.
