Sprinter-Type Campervan - Electric Grass Touring Pitches May 2025 Wonderful stay at Abbey Farm. Fantastic service by the owner, so friendly and helpful. Toilets and showers were so clean, and the water lovely and hot. Honestly, can't fault the site, we had a brilliant holiday :)

Sep 2024 Fantastic place to stay, very friendly and helpful on our arrival, toilets and showers are very clean and modern. Great views in every direction. Value for money.
Would definitely return and seeing all the friendly animals just tops it all off! Great place.

Midweek August stay
Sprinter-Type Campervan - Electric Grass Touring Pitches Aug 2024 A calm, spacious site. For a first timer out in a caravan the owners were so helpful, friendly and patient.
This is a working farm. They will take in laundry for overnight washing and drying. The grass is mown and tidy. Recycling bins are provided. For those wanting the luxury of glamping the three pods look very good.
The small town is a short walk away, offering all one might need without having to take to the wheel of a car.
I would certainly recommend it, unless you like to be entertained by other than farm animals.

Peaceful site
Single Axle Caravan - Electric Grass Touring Pitches Aug 2024 First time that we have stayed here and we will be back. Really nice and peaceful site on a working farm. Clean, fairly flat pitches, short walk into town, with a few shops. Beaches not too far away. Its a big hit with me and my family.

Lovely site with spacious pitches and open grass spaces
Single Axle Caravan - Electric Grass Touring Pitches Aug 2024 We had a lovely few days at Abbey Farm, spacious pitches with lots of green spaces. Loved that the the village of Rhuddlan was within walking distance, about 10/15 minutes away, which has a few shops, pubs and restaurants. Also, location is great for exploring North Wales, both coast and mountains.
Celia, who runs the site, is very friendly and approachable. We will be back.

Celia is a wonderful host who will go above and beyond to help you out, she's a lovely lady and always happy to have a chat even when she's busy.

Motorhome - Electric Grass Touring Pitches Jun 2024 Had a lovely text from the owner prior to arrival with clear instructions on what to do.
The facilities are great, very modern and clean.
Their website mentions that you can meet the animals, so we texted the owner and were able to do it. We met the alpacas, miniature Shetland ponies and pet sheep 😁
We stayed here for the first night of our tour of the Welsh coastline and would highly recommend it.

Lovely campsite
VW-Type Campervan - Electric Grass Touring Pitches Jun 2024 My wife and I stayed with our 10 week old golden retriever puppy. The campsite is nice and quiet, short walk to the castle and pub.
We really enjoyed staying here, facilities were very clean, highly recommended.

Our stay
Trailer Tent - Electric Grass Touring Pitches May 2024 We stayed at Abbey Farm for 2 nights.
The owner, Celia was lovely. She leant us the electric hook-up connector as we were novices, as this was our first time using our trailer tent. She texted me before we arrived with information and got back to my enquiry straight away.
The bathroom facilities were kept very clean. Only thing was the showers were a bit cold. Other than this, we had a lovely time and met some very friendly people.

Someone has only mentioned the showers this morning and seems one of the elements has gone in the boiler, so the plumber is on his way!
