Clear filters Peaceful and convenient location
Motorhome - Electric Hardstanding Pitches Jun 2024 Beautiful location. Site very clean. Convenient to Yr Wyddfa and easy walk through picturesque countryside to pub/ restaurant.

Large Tent - Electric Grass Pitches Jun 2024 Beautiful setting. Friendly, helpful staff. Stream flowing through the site. Crystal clear water. A bridge that leads to some rolling fields with sheep and wonderful views.
Ground was a little hard so I'll take better tent pegs next time. Toilet/ shower blocks clean and nicely presented. No plug sockets that I found but there is a free to use hair drier. Washing up facilities great.
Local pub is about 20-30 mins walk. No paths on road so take care. Proper pub grub. Delicious!

Motorhome - Non Electric Grass Pitches Jun 2024 Absolutely loved this campsite, because everything worked! The Wi-Fi was the winner for me as it meant we could watch our TV apps via a laptop to relax in the evening after a days walking. Good reception for antenna tuning too.
Showers clean and powerful, great views and good road access for large mobile home. Ranger Path to climb Snowdon just a 5 minute drive and a fantastic route to climb for beginners to intermediate climbers after a scenic walk that doesn't break you.
Great site can't recommend enough
Large A-class or Tag Axle Motorhome - Electric Grass Pitches Jun 2024 Great site. Lovely and clean and well kept. Nice big pitch. Shop on site, nice hot showers, bus stop in front of the site, timetable in reception. We got the bus to Caernarfon to visit the castle, and we got the bus to the start of the Ranger Path up Snowdon. Good walking straight from the campsite. We had a lovely stay!

Small Tent - Electric Grass Pitches Jun 2024 We had a fabulous week in Bryn Gloch, the staff were very helpful and friendly. The location is fantastic, with more than adequate facilities and copious amounts of hot water! Beautiful setting and a well stocked shop. I would highly recommend this site, and I certainly would not hesitate to return xx

Sprinter-Type Campervan - Electric Grass Pitches Jun 2024 One of the best sites we have stayed on. Very clean and really friendly staff. Very flat pitch in a perfect location.

VW-Type Campervan - Electric Hardstanding Pitches Jun 2024 Lovely park, staff couldn't be more helpful. Great facilities for families including 2 play areas and a stream to play in.
Staff helped rescue us and our stuck campervan as we accidentally drove into some really wet grass.
Fire pits for rent and wood, kindle and fire lighters to buy.
Good sized pitches, with a good bit of space between neighbours. Facilities were lovely and clean with staff coming to clean them at regular intervals. There could have been more toilets and showers in the area we were in - there were queues at peak times and the park was not even half full.
Overall a lovely camping and caravan ground that had brilliant facilities and extremely helpful and friendly staff - they could not have been more helpful or accommodating.

Medium Tent - Electric Grass Pitches May 2024 Breath-taking views. Lovely staff, everyone so friendly. Facilities lovely and clean. Location was great for being off the beaten track but close enough to visit places.
Monkey bars were a challenge for the 6 year old but he mastered them by the end of the trip and was super chuffed! 👌
Shop had all the necessities.
Suggestion: We had ALOT of rain for our trip, which was a shame. A local take away would have made a killing for that one night where we were fed up of cooking in the rain and just wanted something tasty.
Tip: Def take insect repellent for the midges, playing cricket at dusk was a mistake! Eaten alive!!
All in all a lovely stay. Will definitely be back, thank you x
Great site
Medium Tent - Electric Grass Pitches May 2024 Excellent site. Unfortunately the weather was not kind to us so we didn't get the best of it, but despite the weather, we had a great stay and would definitely recommend the site.
Showers were hot and generally clean, although very muddy, but this was due to the weather and couldn't really be avoided. Great facilities with a games room on site, a nice park and some GREAT pop up vans with food and drink. A lovely, unexpected bonus!

Twin Axle Caravan - Fully Serviced Hardstanding Pitches May 2024 Disappointed with drainage on pitches following heavy rain. Pitch was heavily waterlogged with drains blocked meaning kitchen waste was coming up through shower plug. The barrier did not recognise our car registration the whole time we were there, despite reporting several times to reception. Location of park is stunning and the park staff are the friendliest people you could meet.

Single Axle Caravan - Fully Serviced Hardstanding Pitches May 2024 I would highly recommend this site. We stayed there with our tourer caravan. The site was surrounded by mountains on all sides and the scenery was breathtaking. The pitch was spacious and the site clean and tidy. The toilet and shower blocks were kept clean at all times. It was very dog friendly. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Nothing was too much trouble.

Medium Tent - Non Electric Grass Pitches May 2024 The park was clean and the staff were all very friendly.
The only negatives are the games in the games room were missing pieces and possibly need updating and felt the pool tables need some TLC.
The site could also maybe benefit from selling hot drinks.
Camping
Medium Tent - Electric Grass Pitches May 2024 We had a lovely stay at Bryn Gloch camp site. Perfect location, near to mount Snowdon. The staff were very friendly and welcoming and nothing seemed like too much bother to them if help was needed. The toilet and shower facilities were cleaned regularly. We highly recommend and will definitely return.

Shepherd's Hut - Gelert Shepherd's Hut (Dog Friendly) Mar 2024 We had a lovely stay at Bryn Gloch over the Easter Weekend.
The location is amazing with beautiful surroundings. The site is so well kept, there was plenty of gardening going on as we were there, was nice to see new flowers been planted. The shepherd's hut we stayed in was perfect, very clean and nice and warm over night.
The facilities available are spotless, and the shop is well stocked which is good as we forgot a few essentials. Plenty of walks available in the area and a nice pub down the road serving lovely food.
I can't recommend this place enough and would love to visit again.

Medium Tent - Electric Grass Pitches Mar 2024 Great winter stay, very friendly staff with well maintained pitches and facilities. Small shop selling snacks and essentials on site, but if you want to eat out, it is a short drive away.
Christmas getaway
Sprinter-Type Campervan - Fully Serviced Hardstanding Pitches Dec 2023 Stayed for 1 night on Christmas Day. Arrived in the dark but woke up to lovely views on Boxing Day.
Campsite was very clean and peaceful, with great facilities that were open and ready to use despite it being Christmas Day. A staff member came to find us when we arrived to check we could find our plot ok.
Would definitely recommend and stay again.

Motorhome - Fully Serviced Hardstanding Pitches Nov 2023 Awesome clean site. Very tidy and staff friendly. Would have loved to have been here for longer than 1 night. Bust stop just outside the site was useful.

Shepherd's Hut - Gelert Shepherd's Hut (Dog Friendly) Oct 2023 Had a lovely long weekend stay at Bryn Gloch in the Shepherd's Huts. Perfect for someone like myself who doesn't like tents. Lovely and warm, clean and cozy. Facilities were nice and clean. Kids loved the games room and park. Felt very welcomed from the staff.
Beautiful views to wake up to and easy access to a lovely path going up the hills.
