Clear filters Hidden gem in North Wales
Medium Tent - Non Electric Grass Pitches May 2024 The campsite is easy to find with Google Maps taking you straight there. 10 mins from Llanberis and 10 mins from the coast, it's ideal. Check in was easy and we rented a fire pit and a bag of logs from them. They showed us to one of the camping fields and apologised for it being slightly sloped but this made no difference really to our tent and the field was large and spacious with an adjacent dog exercise field. The toilet block is all brand new and squeaky clean, showers were hot and powerful. Owners were on site throughout and were really responsive to messages and any questions we had.
One bit of feedback would be to consider somewhere hard standing for the cars off the camp field, just for when we have a typical Welsh summer!
Overall, a fantastic place and we will 100% be back in future!

Fantastic service from excellent hosts
VW-Type Campervan - Non Electric Grass Pitches May 2024 We had a family issue and couldn't stay the full days ... the site owner would accommodate us if we still arrived as it was bank holiday and they were booked up. Thank you.

Really nice site in a great spot, well organised
Sprinter-Type Campervan - Non Electric Grass Pitches May 2024 A really nice campsite which has new owners who have invested in new facilities block, as well as obvious general maintenance across the entire site.
It's located in a village with two shops, butchers, chippy and a couple of pubs all within walking distance. Easy reach of Snowdon and the coast.
Will definitely return when back in that neck of the woods!
