Amazing campsite, exceptional views
Large Tent - Non Electric Grass Pitches Aug 2025 We had such a wonderful stay at Newcourt Farm Campsite and couldn't recommend it highly enough. From the moment we arrived, the owners made us feel so welcome, they were incredibly friendly, approachable, and went out of their way to ensure we had everything we needed. It really added a personal touch that made our stay extra special.
The site itself is in a beautiful location, surrounded by stunning countryside with plenty of walks right on the doorstep, which our dog absolutely loved. It's a very dog-friendly campsite, and having so many scenic routes to explore made it perfect for us. Despite feeling wonderfully rural and peaceful, the site is still very accessible to nearby towns and amenities. There's also a bus stop just a short walk away, making it easy to get to Pen Y Fan if you fancy a hike without worrying about parking.
We didn't experience any issues with electricity either. The owners kindly offered a simple and affordable solution by charging our devices for just £1, which was a really helpful.
Overall, the combination of the stunning location, the relaxed and welcoming atmosphere, and the owners' genuine care for their guests made this one of the best camping experiences we've had. It's rare to find somewhere that feels both peaceful and so well connected. We'll 100% be staying again in the future, it's a little gem of a campsite that we're so glad we found!

Small Tent - Non Electric Grass Pitches Aug 2025 The campsite owners were lovely and so welcoming, and very helpful (as we forgot our mallet). The campsite was beautiful with a great view, and fairly close to everything we were interested in doing. Definitely want to return!
Good stay
Large Tent - Non Electric Grass Pitches Aug 2025 We've just returned from staying here for 2 nights.
Staff were friendly when we arrived and left. Lots of space to pitch our tent and quiet time from 10pm each night, which was nice. Porta-toilets needed a more regular clean, didn't use showers but used toilets next to showers, no soap to wash hands for 2 days which was disappointing. Fresh water onsite which was nice.
But overall, a good stay. Thanks Newcourt Farm Campsite.

Perfect location. However, there were only 2 showers for (1 male and 1 female) for the whole campsite. Weekend waiting time was around an hour.
Very spacious site and lovely owners
Large Tent - Non Electric Grass Pitches Aug 2025 Facilities were basic, but it was everything we needed for a few nights away from the city. Great night-sky viewing spot, loads of space for tents, parking and kids to play.
The owner was very helpful with providing some suggestions for hiking routes. We’ll be back to use this camp site as our starting base for more peaks next year!

Trailer Tent - Non Electric Grass Pitches Aug 2025 Lovely peaceful site with amazing views. Lovely lady & gentleman met us on arrival and was very helpful. Toilets and showers were very clean. Would recommend if your looking for a peaceful stay. The site is used by D OF E boys and girls but they were quiet and well behaved.

Lots of options of where to camp as several fields to choose from.
Only downside is the toilet and shower block was snappy and and unclean. Needed a good deep clean and regular clean.
Basic but great views!

Basic amenities: toilets and a shower that operates on 50p coins so bring cash and change to coins at reception. Stayed one night but managed to witness an amazing sunset and full moon.

Cheap and last minute
Medium Tent - Non Electric Grass Pitches Aug 2025 We booked on the day and was very cheap which was great!
Flexibility on arrival time was handy. When we showed up there was four fields and only a few campers so plenty of space. Although hilly, we found a flat spot in the shade with enough privacy from others. Quiet and had a good night's sleep.
Plenty of water stations. Downfall is it offers toilets but all the portaloos were in a terrible state on the evening of arrival and the morning we were leaving so completely unusable. As we weren't staying very long we found toilets elsewhere.

Beautiful location
VW-Type Campervan - Non Electric Grass Pitches Aug 2025 This is a fantastic location in a stunning part of Brecon.
The camping area is lovely being able to choose your own pitch anywhere with beautiful views across the hills. Host very friendly and welcoming. Pub nearby. Sadly needs some investment in toilet and shower facilities but if you have your own, then this will not bother you.

VW-Type Campervan - Non Electric Grass Pitches May 2025 A proper back to basically campsite! Situated in a great spot 10 minutes from the local town and potential paddle boarding spot, I had a wonderful stay at Newcourt.
The site owner is friendly and approachable, and willing to help provide leaflets on local activities in the Brecons and provide his own recommendations as well. Will definitely be back!
Peace, simple and a great view

Breathtaking views
Small Tent - Non Electric Grass Pitches May 2025 Friendly and helpful welcome, with lots of information available, breath-taking views, quiet and lots of space. Just sitting and watching the sunset was a treat.
Toilets can be a bit smelly sometimes as someone else mentioned but its such good value for money. The walk down to Felindre is lovely, and Talgarth just 4 miles away has an amazing café, watermill, deli and veg shop - so friendly. I will definitely be back - thank you.

Small Tent - Non Electric Grass Pitches May 2025 We arrived quite late but were still greeted by the owner who showed us where the facilities are, and said we can park wherever suits us best.
The drinking water was good, only the toilets could have used with some cleanliness and restocking of toilet paper. But all in all, a very lovely place!

Campsite has wonderful views and is well located for trips to the black mountains. We were very thankful for the covered area with picnic benches provided to cook under whilst it was raining. It made all the difference.
Staff were really friendly and accommodating, and it felt very welcoming to be able to check out at any time of day of check out - no stressful rushing about. Only improvement would be to have more than one women's shower working - the one that was working however was very warm and spacious!
