Single Axle Caravan - Super Serviced Electric Pitches Oct 2024 What a fantastic site. First time we have been and will certainly be going again. Staff are great, nothing too much trouble.
Facilities very good, site well maintained. Walking distance to Pickering and 15 minutes to Dalby Forest. Black Bull pub at the entrance does lovely food.

Great site
Single Axle Caravan - Super Serviced Electric Pitches Jul 2024 Fab location for Dalby and Flamingo land and all the other great things to do in the area. The pub on site has really yummy food but make sure you book as it gets busy. There is another pub nearly that has a great children’s play area and the food was good too.
Lovely place to stay
Motorhome - Super Serviced Electric Pitches Jul 2024 First time on this site and it was really good.
Reception staff are brilliant and the site is well laid out with great pitches - we had one of the super electric pitches that has it's own drinking water tap and drain for waste water. Very generous area for putting an awning up and your own grassed area to sit out on. Toilets are immaculate and campers keep it clean as well.
Quiet site and there is something for everyone. Children's play area, games room with snooker table opened until 10:00pm, long field to walk dogs and a bus stop outside the park into Pickering, approx 2 miles, and Thornton -Le -Dale.
Pub at the entrance to the park which is lovely, but may shut early if not enough customers in. Only issue for us is the roadway is pebbled and a bit tricky with a small mobility scooter (being in a Motorhome and no car) but other than that, we will be back and would recommend it.

Single Axle Caravan - Super Serviced Electric Pitches Jul 2024 We enjoyed our stay at the park, our welcome was very warm and friendly. The park was very clean and well kept. It is the perfect park if you don't mind driving round to see the nearby towns and villages. Then the Black Bull Hotel at the entrance was ideal for food and drink.

2 night stop at campsite
Sprinter-Type Campervan - Standard Electric Pitches Jun 2024 A well spaced out campsite with hardstanding. Helpful staff and clean showers and toilets.
Bus stop outside or a walk of 40 minutes to Pickering. Only downside was road noise from main road, but quieter at night.
Pickering site
VW-Type Campervan - Standard Electric Pitches May 2024 Great site. Good clean facilities. Really nice owners, and great location. You can catch the bus directly outside the site to Leeds, York, Scarborough and Whitby, easy walk into Pickering for anything you need. Would not hesitate to book the site again.
Perfect site
Motorhome - Super Serviced Electric Pitches May 2024 Absolutely amazing stay at the Black Bull Caravan Park last weekend.
I couldn't fault the place and the staff were so helpful and accommodating.
It was the perfect place to unwind and relax with huge pitches where you don't feel like you're cramped.
