Pentre Du Camping Club is located on a rural, family run farm, ten minutes from Colwyn Bay. Tent campers are welcome on non electric grass pitches, each with a private fire pit. Set in the village of Llysfaen, the site is within a 35 minute walk of a shop, restaurants and a brewery. It is just five minutes to the A55, with Rhos-on-Sea Beach, Welsh Mountain Zoo and National Trust - Bodnant Garden all within 20 minutes. Dogs are welcome too!

About the site
This back to basics site is ideal for those looking for a traditional camping experience. The rural location is surrounded by scenic countryside views, with the coast and pebble beaches within a ten minute drive. Llandudno is 25 minutes away too!
For tents only, there are 40 non electric grass pitches set across 15 acres. Each allows a maximum of six guests and includes your own private fire pit, perfect for evenings toasting marshmallows.
Within a five minute drive of the A55, the site enjoys easy access to seaside towns and top attractions. It is just 30 minutes to Snowdonia National Park (Eryri), with the base of Snowdon within an hour for mountain climbs.
Dogs are welcome to join you for your stay, with up to two dogs permitted per pitch.
Guests can also bring along their own BBQ, just please ensure it is raised from the ground.
Pentre Du Camping Club is open from 02/05 to 14/09.

The Premier Express Llysfaen is a 15 minute walk away for picking up essentials. Conwy Brewery, The Semaphore and Golden Bowl Chinese Takeaway are also within a 35 minute stroll.

In 2020, we opened our doors to Pentre Du Camping Club. Little did we know how popular it would be, with many visitors returning year after year.
We love to be part of families making memories together. We work hard to provide a well maintained site and clean facilities for all our guests and do our very best to keep everything nice and relaxed.

Just 15 minutes away by car is Rhos-on-Sea Beach, a peaceful seaside town with a long promenade and beach to enjoy. Don't forget to stop for an ice cream or enjoy fish and chips while looking out to sea.
Also a 15 minute drive away is the Welsh Mountain Zoo in Colwyn Bay. This zoo is home to animals from all around the world, including snow leopards, sea lions, red pandas, and lemurs. There are fun daily talks and feeding times!
Take a 20 minute drive and you'll reach the charming Rhyl Miniature Railway. This little steam train has been running since 1911 and takes you on a lovely ride around Marine Lake. There's also a museum where you can learn more about the railway's history.
