Swallow Bach is a small, back to basics campsite located on the island of Anglesey, offering five non electric grass pitches and a handful of fully serviced hardstanding pitches. Traeth Benllech and Traeth Lligwy beaches are 15 minutes away and Eryri National Park (Snowdonia) is 30 minutes away.

About the site
This quiet, back to basics campsite is set in a rural location just outside of Llangefni on the island of Anglesey. The site offers grass pitches set in front of a wilding area. Pitches are non electric and each is dog friendly and has plenty of space for an awning, gazebo or pup tent. There are also five electric hardstanding and grass pitches. For nature lovers, there is a wilding area onsite where you can spot squirrels or pheasants from your pitch. The campsite is also close to some of Anglesey's beaches such as Traeth Lligwy and Traeth Benllech. You're also just ten minutes from Moelfre, a seaside town that connects up to the Anglesey Coast Path, leading all the way around the island. Or Holyhead is just 25 minutes by car if you want to get the ferry to Dublin. Please note that this site has no toilet or shower facilities. Campfires and BBQs are only permitted in raised fire pits. Four-legged friends are welcome.

What time is check-in and check out at Swallow Bach?
You can check-in from noon until 8pm on your day of arrival at Swallow Bach, but please let the site know if you're delayed. Check out is before 10am on your final day.
Is Swallow Bach dog-friendly?
Yes, your dogs are welcome at Swallow Bach and are allowed to be off their lead on site. The site does ask that your dogs are not left unattended and that when leaving the site to explore the conservation area behind, your dog remains on their lead.
Does Swallow Bach allow BBQs and campfires?
Yes, BBQs are allowed at Swallow Bach as long as they are raised off the ground. Open fires are also allowed but only in raised fire pits. The site kindly asks that you do not take wood from the surrounding trees.
