Great facilities VW-Type Campervan - Large Non Electric Grass Pitches May 2024 The facilities here are up there with the best we have ever encountered. Super warm, clean and just overall make camping life more pleasurable! Friendly management too and beautiful views! Would stay again :)
Lovely site, good facilities, wonderful setting
Medium Tent - Large Non Electric Grass Pitches May 2024 A lovely site, staff were very helpful and security were always present on site. Stunning views of Oxwich Bay and Castle. Facilities were good and and clean. Lovely and warm walking into the showers! The pizza bus and bar were lovely on the Saturday night.
It's nice that there are designated 'quiet' fields too - perhaps these could be booked ahead of time as they seemed to fill quicker than other areas. Some fields weren't as flat as others and pitches aren't designated, so I would advise getting there earlier to get a good spot.
The beach is walkable from the site, though it's a fair walk up a steep hill on a single track lane, so you have to bear in mind the cars and having to carry any beach stuff with you. There is a shop and fish and chip shop nearby too. Would recommend.
We've had a lovely couple of days
VW-Type Campervan - Large Non Electric Grass Pitches Apr 2024 Had absolutely everything you need for a couple of days camping. The site was clean with a beautiful view of the sea. We've woken up early enough to see the sunrise.
Great facilities, although I think water pressure in the shower was a bit too high for my liking. So when you're showering, I'd recommend leaving your change of clothes outside of the shower by the sink, otherwise it might get soaked as water's spreading everywhere on the floor. However everything was cleaned to perfection and I cannot fault the facilities at all.
On selected days there's a double decker bus that serves pizza & drinks and it was one of the best pizzas I've had.
Oxwich Bay beach is only a 10 min walk away. Convenience store right opposite the car park to the beach for any essentials you might have forgotten to pack.
Would definitely recommend and would love to stay again :)

Medium Tent - Large Non Electric Grass Pitches Mar 2024 We were so impressed with the entire site, the facilities, the cleanliness, the safety and the views. Site management was fantastic.
We are looking forward to returning again in the next half term.

Family friendly campsite
Medium Tent - Non Electric Grass Pitches Sep 2023 Lovely quiet campsite, everyone was very friendly. Great location just a 10 minute walk to Oxwich beach. Pizza and alcohol van on-site on the weekend - food was lovely. Would recommend for a cheap weekend away with the family.

VW-Type Campervan - Non Electric Grass Pitches Sep 2023 Amazing place, the only thing missing was a changing space within the toilets and showers to be able to get changed in the dry and to keep the clothes dry, as the shower space is not big and the clothes get wet inside.
Everything was great apart from that, gutted the pizza van wasn't open.
A very pleasant rural campsite

Aug 2023: 2 night stay- recommended
Large Tent - Non Electric Grass Pitches Aug 2023 We stayed for 2 nights in August 2023. Large family tent: 2 adults, 2 children. No electric but wasn't a problem. Good facilities, shower block, drinking water, etc. Onsite mobile pizza and bar which was a bonus. Walking distance to Oxwich Bay. Would camp here again. Helpful staff, only interaction was book in and leaving. There was a quiet field available. As we had young children, we didn't opt for that. Good vibe onsite with kids playing together.
