Enjoy your holiday at award winning family holiday park, Hele Valley. Situated in Ilfracombe along the rugged North Devon coast! It's a peaceful, green and well maintained site offering a wide range of pitches, pods (some with a hot tub!) and camping facilities. Just a five minute walk over the road takes you to Hele Bay Beach and you can also walk to Ilfracombe.

Such a great campsite! The staff were so lovely - welcoming, friendly, eager to help and made us feel so at home we didn't want to leave! The campsite itself has a wonderful atmosphere. The layout was cleverly organised. All the facilities were cleaned regularly throughout the day, ensuring spotless showers and toilets. The location of the campsite suited us down to the ground. It was within walking distance of a beautiful beach and a friendly pub/restaurant. While also being central to all the amazing attractions North Devon has to offer. We enjoyed our time at Hele Valley campsite so much we actually booked our next stay there before we even left! We're counting down the days until we return. We are definitely going to recommend this campsite to our friends and family!

First stay here and very impressed with location, cleanliness and pitch. Lovely valley spot with shady walk for dog. Short walk to beach, which was beautiful and pub serving food.

Very nice site, a bit narrow if you've got a big van, but there were still big vans on the site.

We would highly recommend staying at this campsite. It was very quiet and peaceful. The showers and toilets were very clean and up to date.

Lovely site. Pretty setting and good dog walks from the site. You need a good level of fitness to walk into Ilfracombe as it's really hilly. Taxi back to site is only £6. The only downside is the trees cast a shadow over your pitch if you are by the stream in the afternoon and the access to the site is tricky.

Good morning, thank you for taking the time to review the park and we always welcome feedback. We are pleased you found the site to be in a lovely setting and you found some good dog walking routes from here. North Devon is a very hilly area but glad you were able to use the local taxi when needed. We also have local buses running from just outside the park which go to the local towns and beach areas if needed. The turning into the park is a little tight but manageable. We are set in a valley with lots of trees and can cause some shadow in some parts of the park which can also be helpful when it is really hot in the summer.

Beautiful site, well maintained, with really lovely, friendly owners who were continually working and attending to any issues that arose. It's only a short walk to Ilfracombe, harbour area and Verity, all worth a visit. The site is hidden away in a valley but a short drive to different towns and villages. There's also a pub within walking distance.

Superb site with first class toilet/showers facilities, run by a very experienced and friendly family. The whole park was immaculate.
