A note from the site themselves...
We are a family run business in near Skegness on the Lincolnshire coast. Set between busy Ingoldmells and Chapel St.Leonards seaside resorts the site is a little bit quieter than the hustle and bustle of the main resort roads.
The caravan site is family friendly and often busy in the school holidays offering a nice spot for your family holidays. If you are after a quieter stay then out of the school holidays may be for you.
We have one of the largest tackle shops in the county onsite with everything you need from budget rod and reel deals to get you fishing, to very high end fishing products from all the top brands. We offer all sorts of bait fresh and package for all areas of fishing.
Myself and the team all hope to welcome you here soon, Adam

It was great, friendly staff, very close to the beeches.
I was worried about the geese but they were very friendly too. Downside was on the pond, all the fishing spots had been taken dusk till dawn by local people so we couldn't go and try fishing. Also, the site lacks a common room where can people camping under tent sit inside and have a coffee, play board games etc when the weather is bad.
Good value but lots of goose mess!

Large Tent - Electric Grass PitchesMay 2025
Great location in terms of being right near the beach, arcades and shops. Good value for money and lovely to look out on to lake.
The only negative we had was the amount of goose mess, it was everywhere and got on and in everything,. If you go, take lots of wipes and a mat for taking off shoes. Luckily, the shops down the road sell a door mat and that saved a lot of the tent floor. However, the stains dont seem to be coming out of the tent or the sewn in groundsheet.
Good site and friendly staff

Perfect location for the beach, not far to walk to shops either. Staff are friendly and helpful, showers aren't great, but they work. Overall really good site. Plenty of space on pitches as well.
