About the site
A great spot to unwind, this off-grid glamping site is located in 30 acres of private woodland. For days out, Warwick and Stratford-upon-Avon are within a ten minute drive, so you can explore the famous Warwick Castle and the birthplace of Shakespeare. The glamping pods are located 40m apart, with a shared compost toilet, sink, hot shower and washing up sink in the middle (20m from each). The pods sleep up to four with a double bed with bedding and towels, plus a sofa bed for two children (either hire bedding and towels, or bring along your own). A kitchenette includes a gas hob, a terracotta fridge pot for keeping items cool, a wood burner and low-voltage, solar USB sockets. The pods are elevated with countryside views, along with a mini covered porch, a terrace area and two camp chairs. The Beech hut is a hybrid of a pod and a shepherd's hut, located in its own woodland area with fencing for extra privacy. It features a double bed, bedding, towels, two gas hobs, cooking equipment, a cool box, water filter, wood burner, dining table, chairs and USB sockets. The hut has its own shower, compost loo and washing up sink, along with an outdoor hammock seat and bench/table. The roundhouse wooden yurt is the largest unit onsite, sleeping two with a king size bed, bedding and towels. There is an equipped kitchen area with two gas hobs, a cool box, a breakfast bar, a rocking chair, wood burner and USB sockets. Outside, you will find your own bathroom hut, along with two camping chairs. Everyone will have a private fire pit area with a tripod BBQ grill and utensils. Firewood is supplied, but more can be purchased if required. Eco shampoo, conditioner, shower gel and hand wash are provided for all of the units. The roundhouse yurt and Beech hut also have space to add a neighbouring tent pitch, great if you want to add a couple of guests to your booking. All of the units are dog friendly, with the pods and yurt allowing up to two dogs, whilst the hut can welcome only one pup.
Coplow Woodland Retreat is open from 03/06 to 31/12. Stay from £65/night for 2 people (2-night minimum).
