Single Axle Caravan - Non Electric Grass Pitches Jul 2022 Lovely family campsite. Clean toilets and showers. Showers are lovely and hot. Huge play park for the children and an indoor soft play which was a massive hit for the kids! The staff were very friendly! While checking in the lady serving us queried that we had a caravan and had booked a non electric pitch. I explained upon booking that there weren’t any electric pitches available and after some searching she managed to find us one! There is a fish and chips van on a Friday and they are very tasty! A jacket potato van on a Saturday, we didn’t eat them but they looked good! The only downside is there isn’t a shop onsite which I thought there was from the pictures but there are plenty of shops only a few minutes by car so it wasn’t an issue. Will definitely book here again.
Amazing weekend away Recommends site
Large Tent - Non Electric Grass Tent Only Pitches Jul 2022 Came across this lovely little family run camping site by chance while looking for a little weekend break away with the kids, and I'm so glad we booked it!
What can I say.. perfect little location, in the middle of everywhere so going to all our favourite Beaches were never far away as well as a drive around the new forest! The site is lovely, a really nice little park for the kids and the shower facilities were good and clean had everything you needed to be able to wash up your camping stuff and stay clean and fresh!
We have had the best weekend, and will defiantly be back to stay again! 🥰
Brilliant campsite for the children Recommends site
Large Tent - Non Electric Grass Tent Only Pitches Jul 2022 We had an excellent time, the park was great for the kids and the play barn, toilets and showers were decent and even had family ones which had more room.
Well laid out Recommends site
Medium Tent - Electric Grass Pitches Jul 2022 My son said this was his favourite campsite! He loved the indoor soft play and large outdoor play park.
The pitches are slightly small for us, however, by the time you'd have people both sides of you and your car in front of your pitch, there isn't much space to play football/badminton etc, so we kept moving away to avoid cars/tents.
Handy that there's food vans each night that we were there! One night they had fish and chips which were a good price and fair size. The second night they had jacket potatoes. In the mornings they had a van selling bacon baps etc.
The showers turned off not long after turning them on and the washing up taps only stayed on if they kept the handle down. The frequent outdoor taps helped as it was so hot the days we stayed! There's a field with goal posts too, which was popular. Very close to Avon Heath and Moors Valley, which is a great day out with kids.
