The Brook and Retreat pods both include a double master bedroom with a TV and twin beds on the mezzanine level with a stargazing window. Bedding is provided, and the Retreat pods also have the added comfort of robes. Both pods have dog friendly and dog free options. There are also a range of holiday homes and luxury lodges on offer. There is so much to enjoy onsite that you won't even need to use the car if you don't want to. Single Axle Caravan - Electric Grass Pitches (Field 4)Apr 2025

We stayed for just 2 nights for personal reasons but would have been happier for longer. We liked the relaxed approach to pitching, "this is your field, choose your pitch anywhere on there". We liked the shower and toilet blocks. Always get an idiot or two who tries to block the loos, but the staff were there dealing with it. It was a walk to sluice and water points from our pitch but that was fair with what we paid for the pitch and it meant we were on a quieter section of the camp. We liked the way swimming sessions were organised so the pool wasn't overcrowded. Yes, a longer session would have been fab but it's a big site and this way, everyone has a chance of getting a slot. We don't go camping for fancy entertainment, so we appreciated that it was quiet by 10:30. The children all seemed to be enjoying what was put on for them. We did enjoy the bikes, the train, the playparks which were well thought out. The skate/bike park looked great, as did crazy golf but we didn't try those this time.

Large Tent - Electric Grass Pitches (Field 2)Aug 2024

Great place for a family to go and have a wonderful camping experience. Some amazing lake views too and fantastic entertainment on stage. Arriving was easy, although you're not given a specific 'plot', it was first come, first get for the best spots and like a car park at times, but once settled in and tent pitched, it was so nice and chilled. Slightly expensive on the food venues outside 'The Venue', £9.99 for a small pizza but the shop on site was great and we cooked things on the stove. All staff on site were so friendly and can't fault the cleanliness of the whole site. Brilliant experience and would definitely recommend.
