South Hoggs Hideaway is a small family-run campsite set on the edge of a lake located just outside of Holsworthy. There are a handful of camping and touring pitches to choose from, each set near the charming woodland or scenic lake. Located in North Devon's countryside and 15 minutes from sandy beaches, this eco-conscious site is an idyllic choice for couples or families.

This small peaceful campsite is a lovely retreat for anyone looking to switch off from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. Located just outside of Holsworthy and 15 minutes from Bude's sandy beaches, there's plenty to do for all. There are five non electric grass pitches for large tents, all of which are set in a 22 acre open field amongst an abundance of wildlife. All pitches are at least ten metres apart, meaning there's plenty of space to relax. Dogs are welcome on these pitches. There are two non electric grass pitches for campervans which are also set in the spacious main field. Dogs are welcome and shared facilities are nearby. Dogs are welcome on the camping and touring pitches. There are private BBQ areas and fire pits available, great for achieving that authentic camping vibe. This campsite is certified with The Greener Camping Club and so at least one member of your party shall have to be a member to join. There is a small fee for membership, and it is valid for the year.
