Pitch up with fantastic views of Weymouth Bay at Rosewall Camping, just outside of Weymouth, 15 minutes from Dorchester. Choose from plenty of spacious grass pitches with breathtaking views across the bay, each suitable for tents and campervans. The site serves up all the attractions of the South Coast, with the bonus of fishing in two well-stocked lakes and horse riding opportunities next to the site. A great location to discover Dorset!

This is a gorgeous spot, located super close to the beach and a nice pub. The only area of commentary I would have is that the showers have a press button and the water stream lasts about 10 seconds before stopping, making showering not ideal. If they could change this (so you even got one minute of constant water) this campsite would be a 5/5. Everything else was fab.

We had a lovely stay at Rosewall Camping. Originally booked for one night but arrived the night before, pitched up and paid in the morning for the additional night. The site is very large and had plenty of space. The toilets and showers were spotless and never too busy. If you camp in the bottom field The Smugglers Inn is only a short walk away and is a brilliant pub/restaurant. I'll definitely be returning!

Lovely campsite, loads of space, even during a busy summer weekend. Clean facilities, friendly welcome and pleasant owners. No tokens or extra payment for showers, which is great. Ticks all the boxes and is a 5 min walk to a wonderful (if super expensive) Hall and Woodhouse pub, called the Smugglers Inn - £10+ for a starter! My only point is that the campsite is a tiny bit far out from Weymouth to have me return again in future, but if you have a bike, you could cycle along the main road perhaps in to town. Was a bit too fast / busy road for me, but this of course depends on your abilities and opinion - there may be other cycling / walking routes that I'm unaware of. Feedback for owners - add some shelves in the lower shower blocks as there's nowhere to put your clothes and stuff in the cubicles. The hooks on the back of the doors are great, but where else can we put our socks, pants, shower gel etc? This small adjustment would make your already good shower blocks fantastic! And there is a very dangerous area on the way down to the pub, at the lower end of the site where people could literally break their ankle if they were to come back in the dark, as the path is very overgrown with a hidden drainage hole / step. I'd strongly recommend you tidy this area up or do something to address it, like add a reflective sign, or put a cone there, as it could be an accident waiting to happen!

Really lovely campsite. Nice and clean everything you need. Only thing put me off was the noise level after 23:00, people talking and music also people smoking. There should be someone walking around the campsite to make sure the noise level was down. There is a sign when you drive into the site but that's all. I think everyone should be told individually on each booking face to face.
Good campsite

Just back from a really lovely camping experience, the sight is perfect and all plots were perfectly spaced out. The shower and toilet blocks were huge and most importantly clean. The whole site was beautifully kept and we shall definitely be visiting again.

We had a lovely stay at Rosewall; with its idyllic location at Osmington Mills. Great location to visit Lulworth, Durdle Door, Weymouth, etc. Although a busy time in half term, there was still plenty of space to not feel overcrowded. Push button hot showers and clean toilets made it a comfortable stay. My only recommendation would be to create a family shower/bathroom, as the younger guests could be quite encroaching in the shower blocks. Fully stocked shop and friendly staff. Would stay again :)

The best campsite we have stayed in for years. There were views of the sea from most locations and tall hedges and tree breaks to provide shade in the morning. You can walk directly out of the campsite onto the coastal footpath and a short walk to the sea with great walks and scenery towards Durdle Door or Weymouth. Toilet blocks were spacious and clean. Very welcoming staff at reception and the shop which stocked some food and camping gear. Also you are allowed to use firepits or BBQs that are off the ground. They sell some small fold out BBQs (reusable) and fuel if you come without.

Fantastic camping spot, 7 minutes walk from the beach and pub with views of the sea. Facilities were large and clean, staff friendly and helpful. People using campervans would benefit from levelling wheel ramps as there is a slight slope.

Really nice site with top notch facilities! We stayed in the lower end of the site (looked a little flatter) which is closer to the pub. Weymouth just around the corner to visit, also some really nice roads for cycling

Beautiful campsite with amazing views. Loads of spaces, felt like we had total privacy during our stay. The shower blocks were very clean! Only a short walk from The Smugglers inn, which was worth a drink in the gorgeous weather we had over the weekend.

This weekend I took my daughters for their first camping weekend. Over 30 years ago I was taken to this area by my father. We all had a wonderful time, and my kids now had the same wonderful time as I (clearly) remember. Thank you.

Absolutely beautiful field. Toilets and showers are spotless. The staff are friendly. Beautiful views. A short walk to Smugglers Inn pub and beach which is a shingle beach. Downside is there's no signal for mobile phones, so couldn't call home to check on family. Small price to pay for such a beautiful location.
