Time out
VW-Type Campervan - Non Electric Grass Pitches Jul 2024 If you need a bit of time out, come here.
Beautiful views, fabulous facilities - it's just easy. Choose your pitch and stop and breathe, maybe wander down to the Smugglers Inn, a 10minute stroll, or maybe just look at your surroundings.
Glorious.

VW-Type Campervan - Non Electric Grass Pitches Jul 2024 Lovely clean campsite with great facilities. Plenty of toilets/showers and a short walk to lovely pub, The Smugglers Inn.
Plenty of space on site and they encouraged 6 metres between fellow campers which was very generous. A well stocked shop too.
Our visit
VW-Type Campervan - Non Electric Grass Pitches Jul 2024 We enjoyed our short stay but there was a noisy party close to us with at least 12 kids who were loud sometimes past 22:00. Then, the adults were left talking loudly until gone 00:30. A reason we chose this campsite was because of its quiet policy and unfortunately, this was not upheld on this occasion.
This has not put us off coming back which I am sure we will.
Lovely site
Large Tent - Non Electric Grass Pitches Jul 2024 Lovely site with plenty of space to pitch. Only ended up staying one night due to weather conditions and traffic, but the staff were amazing about this.
Clean toilets and showers, only thing is my shower was cold. Maybe I needed to give it some time to heat up.
Amazing campsite for family

Convenient for dogs as next to coastal path for walks.
Perfect for children, playground, ponies, calm and good facilities.
Recommend 100% and will definitely go back.
Lovely quiet site
Large Tent - Non Electric Grass Pitches Jun 2024 Was quite busy when we arrived & when we left, but as people left, we had the top field pretty much to ourselves (joys of be able to holiday outside school holidays).
Groups arriving as we left, so the quietness we appreciated probably not going to be the same now. Friendly & helpful staff in the little store & warden always available if needed. Facilities ample & kept clean.
Would certainly recommend & use again.

No set pitches so you need to work out if you are more than 6m from all your neighbours when setting up.
Good, clean facilities and fantastic views. A trip down the hill to the Smugglers Inn is worth it for a drink.
Well located for local attractions. We went to Swanage for the day and this is not too far to go from here.
Excellent campsite for families
Medium Tent - Non Electric Grass Pitches Jun 2024 Excellent campsite. Facilities were great and near a fabulous pub! We came with our 1 year old and another family with a toddler.
Campsite felt clean with good toilets, washing up areas and showers. Well stocked shop and the kids loved the children's play area too. Only 10 mins from Weymouth and an easy walk to a quintessentially Dorset pub - idyllic. And you could see the sea!
Our pitch was on a slight slant so just be careful before you pitch! Would 100% recommend this campsite - would suit anyone wanting peace and quiet.

Medium Tent - Non Electric Grass Pitches Jun 2024 This is a very tidy clean quiet campsite. The views are stunning, excellent location. This is the first time my wife has been camping so I was hoping for the best, and this site certainly delivered in every way.
We cannot wait to stay there again, the toilets and shower was spotless. I would say this is the cleanest campsite I have ever been on, and I have been on quite a few.
One downside was the last night we were there, the couple who had a foul mouth was right behind the hedge, and that put a bit of a downer to our last day.

Perfect introduction
Large Tent - Non Electric Grass Pitches May 2024 This was our first camping trip and I think we picked a near to perfect site. The facilities are constantly cleaned and available, all of the staff we encountered were very friendly and helpful.
The location is stunning and we can't wait to return. Thank you Rosewall.

Large Tent - Non Electric Grass Pitches May 2024 Was an amazing site and the utilities were top standard, always clean and accessible. The shop onsite has everything you may have left at home and more.
The staff were friendly and always willing to help, even if you have a flat car battery, they are there to help.
Would recommend this site.

Large Tent - Non Electric Grass Pitches May 2024 Lovely basic campsite. Check in was from midday but we were able to get set up at 09:30which was great. Really clean facilities, has everything you need. Lovely location with great views and an amazing pub just down the road. Would definitely come back.
