Tros Y Waen Holiday Park is a peaceful and secluded site in North Wales, just five miles from the foot of Snowdon and the Menai Bridge. Set in 15 acres of woodland with a pond and stream, this well-maintained site boasts a camping field for tents and electric hardstanding pitches for campervans. Close to the beaches of Anglesey and the popular Llyn Peninsula, it's the perfect location to explore North Wales.

We arrived to be welcomed by the host on the drive who gave us our pitch for the weekend. The toilets and showers were clean whenever I visited them and the site is level and well drained. What more do you want?

Lovely, central location to many sites and activities. The site is immaculately maintained and the facilities modern, clean and tidy. A real gem, we shall be revisiting for many more visits. Fabulous hosts who were always on hand and extremely helpful. They key snapped off in our roof box and they helped out with a drill and tools so we could open it and use for the return journey. Really can not recommend highly enough!

Great location for walking and the owner was fantastic. Central to everything with 15 mins away from Snowdon and 30mins away from Angelsey. Recommend the campsite for those who want to escape and get views. Would stay again next time and price was brilliant for 3 nights.

I'd say this is a hidden gem. A lovely welcome by a nice guy with a duckling on his shoulder! This place is immaculate - the grass, plants and trees are beautiful. The facilities are the nicest and cleanest I have ever seen on a campsite. So tranquil - this place is absolutely amazing. Be sure to have a wander around, as there are little bits of magic that can only be found by exploring.
