About the site

The family friendly site offers a calm, rustic and peaceful place to stay, overlooking Hell's Mouth Bay. Wake up to sea views and drift off to the sound of waves crashing on the shore. There are non electric grass pitches for tents, campervans and motorhomes, each accommodating up to six people. Pitches are unallocated, so you can choose your own spot and settle in wherever you fancy, with sea views to enjoy. If you fancy sleeping under canvas, the bell tents sleep up to six people and come with an outdoor fire pit, while you'll just need to bring your own beds and bedding. With direct access to the beach and an onsite cafe serving coffees, soft drinks, cakes and ice cream, it's a great choice for families. Spend your days exploring the huge stretch of Hell's Mouth Bay, then return to your own peaceful corner away from the crowds. Fire pits and BBQs are welcome, but a heat-retardant mat must always be placed underneath to protect the grass. Disposable BBQs are not permitted. The site operates a recycling system and does not accept general waste or non-recyclable items, so please take these away with you. Well behaved dogs are very welcome.

Camping is open from 30th April to 31st October and glamping is available from 30th June to 14th September. Pitches from £30/night for 2 people.

Sprinter-Type Campervan - Non Electric Grass PitchesAug 2026

Really good. The views and beach are off the charts beautiful. The views from the cliff top almost make you feel as if you're in a simulation. Access to beach is tricky but worth it - erosion happens, so take a beat before complaining. Back to basics campsite. No signal, off grid. Just one with family and nature. The showers were clean and warm. Basic needs met. Couple who run the site were friendly and accommodating to all. Wanted to stay longer and will definitely be back.

Happy campers
