Wye Glamping's spacious, luxury yurts are surrounded by the beautiful Brecon Beacons. There's an idyllic stream running through the site. Guests have their own private facilities including a fully equipped kitchen, shower room, compost loo and - of course - all important fire pit.

About the site

This is a family run eco friendly glamping retreat in a gorgeous setting. It's off grid, so you can be free from the distractions of technology and really cosy up in nature. Both of the handcrafted cabins have views of the mountains and easy access to the stream. They are positioned far enough apart to afford privacy for individual use. Inside their cosy interiors you'll find a kingsize bed. The sundecks provide a great place from which to enjoy the amazing views. 'Holly' is located amongst a few trees and overlooks the babbling brook. Great as a romantic escape for couples with a luxury kingsize bed and separate kitchen next to the cabin. 'Bramble' is set alongside the hedgerow and enjoys stunning views of the mountains and sunsets on one side, and the babbling brook on the other. This one also offers a kingsize bed and internal kitchen. Each option has a beautifully furnished interior, with soft rugs, comfy cushions and lighting to make sure you feel at home and of course a cosy wood burning stove complete with a basket of logs. 100% cotton linen and towels are provided. Kitchens include a fridge, double hob with grill and all the pots, pans, plates and utensils you'll need, plus compost loos alongside and a private shower room either right next to the pitch or just a short walk away. With piping hot showers, gas fridges to keep the wine chilled and excellent 4G signal for most networks - there are no compromises to be made.

Glamping Cabin - Glamping Cabins (Dog Friendly)Jul 2025

We've just had 3 days at Wye Glamping, it was the first time glamping and we are definitely going to repeat. The cabin/yurt is spacious, comfortable, has everything you need including several blocks with toilet, shower room, kitchenette. There is also a double comfortable hammock on the decking area outside the cabin, and the whole place is by a brook. The owner is very helpful and always ready to assist, so is the rest of the staff. Views are wonderful, and the log burner works really well. We'll be back no doubt.

We had a brilliant weekend trip to the Beacon Beacons, it was easy to find, clean and not a far drive to the start of our hike. There are plenty of nearby pubs, and a Co-op not far away. We decided to cook on the fire pit, which meant we could enjoy the peace and quiet. Would recommend for anyone looking to relax and spend time in nature.

Glamping Cabin - Glamping Cabins (Dog Friendly)May 2025

I had a lovely 3 days staying with three teenagers. The cabin is very cosy. Despite the weather we didn't need the indoor log burner at all. Three beds provided for teenagers and a very comfortable king size bed with linen for the adult. Lots of wood provided and an honesty box log pile on site if you run out. The kitchen was perfect with gas hob, gas fridge box, running water and solar lights. Very impressed by our Welsh cakes, coffee, tea etc on arrival. We had sole use of a bathroom (this is not locked but might need a coin to open on the first day). Everything immaculately clean. Beautiful site. Diane responded immediately to any queries. Highly recommend.
