Offering a small, peaceful camping retreat within a 14 acre smallholding, Irongorge Camping boasts stunning views over Wrekin Hill from a selection of tent pitches and glamping accommodation.
About the site
Set on a 14 acre smallholding within a mile of Shropshire's famous Ironbridge, the site is a peaceful retreat ideal for families and couples. This is strictly a tent and glamping site only so please no caravans or trailer tents. There is one pitch suitable for either a campervan or roof tent, sorry there is no chemical disposal. Choose from 12 grass pitches catering for tents, all with 10 amp electric available and views over Wrekin Hill. The site also have six furnished glamping pods available. Pea pod sleeps two, and the family pods and huts will sleep up to four. All are equipped with kettle, cool box, heater and beds. There are also two huts which come equipped with a double bed and two single beds, toilet , as well as a fridge, kettle and heater. Fire pits are available for campfires.

Pea Pod
Max 2 people
Gypsy style pod available all year. Inside are two single beds with pillow and bottom sheet provided, kettle, heater, electric cool box and patio table and chairs.
4 x Family Pods
Max 4 people
Available all year and sleeping up to four, family pods include double bed, two berth style single beds, heater, towel rail, kettle, electric cool box and picnic table. Bottom sheet and pillow provided.
Shepherd's Hut
Shepherd's hut includes bunk beds, dining area which also converts into double bed, microwave, kettle, fridge and electric fire. Outside, you'll find a decked area with picnic bench and fire pit.
The Hut
Max 4 people
This hut sleeps up to four in a double bed and two single beds. You'll need to bring your own camping equipment, but there is a toilet and sink, fridge and kettle, and an electric towel rail and heater to make your camping experience more comfortable.
