About the site
Located in the heart of the Norfolk Broads and spread across four acres, this family and dog friendly site is an ideal getaway. Nestled along the banks of the River Yare, guests can enjoy free fishing or try their luck in the private fishing lakes, all while soaking in countryside views. The site offers spacious 7m x 7m grass pitches, both electric and non electric, for camping and touring. Guests can also opt for premier pitches, which include electric, water, and greywater drainage. Electric hook ups are 10 amps. Pup tents, awnings, and gazebos are welcome! Onsite, you'll find a ferry, a pub, and a restaurant open to guests. Great Yarmouth is just 25 minutes away, offering breathtaking coastal lines. If you're seeking nature and outdoor activities, the site is surrounded by spots perfect for hiking, biking, and peaceful strolls. BBQs are welcome but must be raised off the ground. Open fires are permitted. Well-behaved dogs are more than welcome but must be kept on a lead at all times.

Max 6 people
7m x 7m grass pitches without electric hook ups, suitable for caravans, campervans, motorhomes, tents, and trailer tents. Awnings, pup tents, or gazebos are welcome. Parking is available by pitches and up to two dogs are allowed.
20 x Electric Grass Pitches
Grass pitches measure 7m x 7m and come with 10 amp electric hook ups. Caravans, campervans, motorhomes, trailer tents, and tents are permitted. Gazebos are prohibited but you are allowed a pup tent, an awning and two dogs. Parking is permitted by pitch.
10 x Fully Serviced Grass Pitches
Grass pitches featuring electric, water, and grey water drainage.

*Check-in is from 12pm and check out is by 11am on the day of your departure.
*Dogs are welcome but must be kept on their leads at all times, they are also not allowed in the main facilities.
*The site permits BBQs but please ensure they are kept off the ground, open fires however are prohibited.
*Quiet hours are between 10pm and 8am.
*Please note that twin axles are not allowed on this site.
*Please ensure visitors leave the site by 10pm.
*Only one pup tent or awning is allowed.
