Tents, caravans and motorhomes, along with four legged companions are all welcomed to experience this quiet, country location, in easy reach of a town and the excitement of the races. Enjoy a heated amenity block, Electric hook up, great TV reception and free WiFi on many areas of the site. No membership required and it's just a 20 min walk to shops and pet friendly pubs. There are good links to Lincoln via the train station and bus hub.

About the site

A warm welcome awaits you from Sarah the site manager. Couples, singles, families and pets are all very welcome at Market Rasen, where you can enjoy horse racing direct from the park. You'll stay in quiet countryside but close to Market Rasen town. Tourers, including continental caravans and motorhomes, and campers have access to 45 pitches with electric hook ups and five camping pitches. The park offers many flat pitches but some are on a slight slope. Levellers are recommended but the site has some which they can lend to you.

Site facilities include a heated and regularly cleaned amenity block, housing showers and toilets. Guests will have access to accessible facilities including a ramp, a wet room, and a bathroom. There's also a coin operated washer and dryer, and a washing up area. You'll find a children's play area by the park and a dog walking field. Free WiFi is available on most pitches.

Reception, stocked with local tourist information and maps, is open daily. There is an onsite pay and play golf course for only a small fee and guests have direct access to the racecourse. There is excellent TV reception on site, plus a drive-over grey waste point for motorhomes.

Within a 20 minute walk, there is access to a supermarket, local shops, pubs, restaurants and takeaways.

40 x Electric Grass Pitches

Grass pitches with EHUs. Some may be on slight gradient but levellers and assistance pitching are available. Single or twin axle caravans, 5th wheelers, motorhomes, tents and continental units are all welcome.

Flexible on arrival time if notified in advance you may arrive from 12 noon

* The whole site has a 5 mph speed limit. This is a family site.

* Children under 10years old are NOT permitted to move around on the Park unsupervised or enter the amenity block on their own.

* Bikes, scooters, bat/ ball games & frisbees are not permitted on the Caravan Park . Children may use the designated play park/ parking field but not on of Race days.

* All areas of the facilities building are no smoking - including the showers & toilets.

* No electrical heating appliances are to be used in awnings or outside of your accommodation.

* We try to recycle as much rubbish as possible. Please help.

* BBQs to be kept off the ground. Sorry no 'Pit-Fires' or open fires are allowed.

* Please respect that this is a quiet & peaceful site and keep noise/ music to a minimum at all times. Please consider awnings, vans and tents are not soundproof! Quiet at 11pm.

We now have a full accessible and baby changing facility which we are very proud of and can't wait to share it with you

On Race days please note the Amenity Block is inaccessible, to everyone, during the times advised/ displayed on the doors.

DOGS We welcome well-behaved dogs but please keep them on a short lead at all times on site. We can help with local walks, pubs & restaurants that are dog friendly. You may use the large field opposite the site entrance to exercise your dog. Please clean up after your dog & place waste in the designated Metal Bin near our general waste bins. HEAT CAN KILL YOUR DOG IN A CARAVAN/ MOTORHOME not just in cars.

* Dogs are NOT allowed past the Barrier from our Park leading to the Racecourse except during racedays in the Lawns Enclosure only.

* We reserve the right to ask you to leave, without a refund, should your dog cause a danger or a persistent nuisance/disturbance whilst on the Park

A note from the site themselves...

Parkrun is held on the racecourse most Saturday mornings for those of you that fancy joining in. We also have a lot of cyclists visiting the site as our roads around here are quite flat.

Onsite there is a full accessible facility which we built in 2022 which we are very proud of. This is has proved very popular with our less abled visitors and families with small people

Horse racing facilities are available on site to keep you active.

Walkers and cyclists have an abundance of sites and trails directly from the park, such as the Viking Way which is just two miles from the site and will inspire with its beautiful natural landscapes. Dogs lovers are spoilt thanks to a large dog-friendly field and woodland walks. There are also a number of dog friendly pubs in the town.
