About the site

This family friendly park is set within 62 acres of countryside on the North Norfolk coast. Within a five minute drive of Sheringham and Cromer, you are well placed for days out at the beach and exploring charming seaside towns. The site's 80 pitches are split between the Hay Field and the Church Field. The Hay Field is home to non electric grass pitches suitable for tents only, set further back from the cliff. The Church Field offers grass pitches with 16 amp electric hook ups for tents, trailer tents, campervans, caravans and motorhomes, located nearer the facilities and coastline. Some areas of the site enjoy wonderful sea views, perfect for watching the sunset. The larger Hay field pitches and electric pitches measure 10m x 10m and allow a maximum of eight guests. For evenings onsite, guests are welcome to bring along their own BBQ, it will just need to be raised from the ground. Open fires are not permitted. Dogs can also join you for your stay with up to three pups permitted per pitch. The site is also home to a range of caravans and lodges that are privately owned, with some for sale.

The Hay Field pitches are open for the May bank holidays, the summer holidays and 18th-20th September, while the Church Field pitches are open from March to October. Pitches from £25/night for 2 people.

VW-Type Campervan - Electric Grass Pitches (Church Field)Oct 2025

Stayed for a two night getaway and this was an amazing find! The location is 5* and I would rate it higher if I could! The cleanliness of the toilets and showers is great! The Picnic- Box trailer on site serves great drinks and home cooked goods for you to purchase, while looking out on stunning views of the sea! 10/10!

VW-Type Campervan - Electric Grass Pitches (Church Field)Oct 2025

Female bathrooms could have been a little cleaner and I felt the soap was pretty useless and didn't lather for some reason, which I found a bit odd. Showers were lovely and hot though with lots of room and free hairdryers! Lovely lady who ran the snack/food/coffee truck - amazing homemade cakes. We had some lovely walks along the coastal path with our two dogs into Cromer. Will definitely be staying again. Really well kept site with lots of room and big pitches.
