Whether you want straightforward camping or something more adventurous, this simple site is ideal for your Norfolk Broads holiday. On offer are two acres of well kept grass set in wonderful rural surroundings with all the facilities you need for your time away from home. With no formal pitches and tons of space, you are guaranteed to feel at one with nature. Tents and small campervans only.

About the site

On offer is a great rural location ideally situated to enjoy the Norfolk Broads, Norfolk Coast and the City of Norwich, as well as the local countryside. This relaxed site is a place where children can run free and play safely. Campers can sleep soundly without the noise of cars coming and going, as no vehicles are permitted beyond the car park. Campervan pitches have been cleverly designed to allow van users to be part of the site without interrupting the car-free feel. It's also pet friendly, so bring your four legged friends. With over two acres and a sensitive limit on guests, space is definitely guaranteed. Camp where you want, there are no formal pitch boundaries here, so families or groups can cluster tents together to make their own camp while couples can have a peaceful corner to themselves. Campfires are an integral part of a good camping trip, and the use of "Bernie braziers" are included.

Open from 30 April to 11 September

A note from the site themselves...

A throwback to traditional camping with a "pitch your tent in a farmer's field" feel, we have designed the Old Vicarage Campsite to be a friendly and relaxed place to spend time. Our regulars come back again and again not just because of our great rural location, but for the unique charm of the site itself.

Families spend all day in the field, kids playing together and making up games while the parents relax.
