Established in 1968, Dalraddy Holiday Park is nestled in 98 acres of mixed woodland and has stunning views of the Cairngorm Mountains. The park is part of Alvie and Dalraddy Estates, where you can enjoy a range of activities including zip wires, clay pigeon shooting, archery, horse riding, walking, fishing and wildlife watching, all set against the backdrop of the spectacular Scottish Highlands.

About the site


Family-run Dalraddy Holiday Park is a 93 acre site situated ten minutes from the village of Aviemore. Offering a relaxed atmosphere with a touch of adventure, guests can enjoy the breathtaking views of the Cairngorm Mountains and opportunities to reconnect with nature. Onsite, there's plenty to do from quad treks and archery to family favourites like mini quads, zomie archery, trampolines, and the magic slide! Camping options include open field pitches and secluded, tree-lined spots, ideal for wildlife watching - you might even spot a roe deer! Tourers can choose from hardstanding or mixed grassed pitches, including woodland areas, with access to electric hook ups and fresh water at selected points. For larger groups or those wanting to pitch together, the Quarry is an enclosed bowl, surrounded by trees. Electric hook ups and fresh drinking water are also available. For a cosy getaway, guests can stay in the glamping cabin, complete with a log burner, kettle, mini fridge and USB port. Please bring your own bedding, towels, utensils, and camping gear. A range of self-catering static caravans and chalets are also available to rent for added comfort. Well behaved dogs are welcome throughout most of the park but must be kept on a lead within the grounds.

Facilities include two wash blocks with the central block including toilets, showers and a disabled toilet and wet room.

There's a dishwashing space and a laundrette with washers and dryers, as well as a drive-through area to dispose of chemical waste and refill the water in your caravan or tourer.

The licensed shop sells a selection of local produce, including essential items, camping equipment and gas.

Six days a week, you'll find NaNa's Thai Kitchen food truck on site, serving a range of traditional Thai dishes that cater to all tastes. Coyote Cook House is open seasonally, serving breakfast, brunch, burgers, hot dogs, fries, and hot and cold drinks. The Quad Treks are next door, as well as a further range of seasonal pop-up food trucks, including G's Pizza Box (available Wednesdays and Saturdays during school holidays)!

For children, there's a safe and enclosed play area with picnic tables. Across the estate, a range of activities are available like zip wires, clay pigeon shooting, archery, horse riding, fishing, and quad bike tours. Free WiFi is available onsite.

If you wanted to explore further afield, the village of Aviemore has a great selection of shops, restaurants, cafes, and bars just a ten minute drive away.

Touring pitches served with the option of electric hook-ups. Some are fully hardstanding and some are half grass and half hardstanding. Suitable for motorhomes and campervans.

50 x Tent Field Pitches

The tent field is close to the main facilities and has access to water around the area.

Secluded Woodland Pitches

Individual pitches set in a secluded woodland and bordered by trees for privacy, some with access to electric and running water. Both fully hardstanding and half grass, half hardstanding pitches available. Suitable for tents, campervans and tourers.

The Quarry

An enclosed bowl surrounded by trees and suitable for large tents or groups. Electric hook-up points and fresh drinking water taps available.

You won't be short of things to do exploring the stunning Scottish Highlands!

Whisky fans can visit six distilleries including Royal Lochnagar, Dalwhinnie, Cairngorm Brewery and Glenlivet visitor centres. Just north of Aviemore, you'll find Tomatin Distillery which is also open for tastings and tours.
