A note from the site themselves...

Hi, I'm Christine and I run Glamping West Midlands with my weird and wonderful collection of friendly rescue animals.

Offering authentic glamping in the beautiful Staffordshire countryside, welcoming all from groups to couples looking for a quiet romantic time together!

The children who visit really enjoy helping me to feed my various creatures and joining my dog walks every evening. It helps parents to relax knowing that the area is safe for their children to explore and play in.

Many campers love Alfie too! One of my five dogs who was rescued in 2016 from a puppy farm He is a Jack Russell Shih Tzu cross or as I call him a Jack Shihtzs. He adores all of my visitors and spends most of the summer sleeping with the guests in the yurts, where the children have sneaked him in!

We are so lucky to have a plethora of wonderful places to visit locally. Fabulous walks. Brilliant local pubs that have exciting menus or just good pub grub. Just ask me anything and I'll happily advise you!

Yurt - YurtsDec 2023

Staying in a yurt was a unique and lovely experience and we would happily do it again. Chris welcomed us on site and was very kind and welcoming throughout our stay. The yurt was clean, spacious and had everything we needed inside. A log burner, a proper bed, kettle, lots of blankets, plates, table, etc. The wood-fired hot tub was so nice to celebrate the new year in. Waking up and seeing llamas, donkeys and emus was very relaxing. Chris also has six dogs who we just wanted to take home because they were all so friendly and cute! The campsite was only a short drive away from pubs/supermarkets, and we went on a really nice walk from the campsite. The campsite does feel like it's in the middle of nowhere, but that's also what's so nice about it. Even when it was raining, we took some board games to play inside the yurt and it was nice to relax and be away from technology. We went as 2 pairs of couples and would happily return. Thank you Chris for such a lovely stay :)

Nice weekend away, good value

Yurt - YurtsAug 2023

Chris was so kind and helpful, we had everything we needed - bedsheets, towels, hot shower with all toiletries in it, amazing hot tub and a wc just a few steps away from the yurt. We all loved it, kids and adults alike. Watching animals as we were having our breakfast on the deck was great too. We will definitely be back!

Site's response

Thank you, Nora. You were a pleasure to have and I hope to see you again. Chris
