Static caravans and lodges are also available for hire. Relax by the heated swimming pool while little ones splash in the adjacent paddling pool, spend leisurely mornings with a coffee or breakfast at the cafe lounge, and unwind in the evenings at the bar. There's plenty to keep the family entertained, from the adventure playground and table tennis to a games room with a pool table, grab machines, and more! For days out, visit Penzance and explore St Michael's Mount, just 20 minutes away, or head to the National Trust's Godrevy, 15 minutes from the site, for surfing or leisurely cliff walks. Please note that BBQs must be raised off the ground, and open flames, coal, or disposable BBQs are not permitted. Four-legged friends are welcome to join your stay. What we liked. The pool facility was good. Evening entertainment. Showers were clean and felt fresh. What we didn't like. The pool closed 6pm (too early). Smelly. The pitch sizes were very small and you were forced to face each other. Having more space, especially for larger families, is needed. We thought the cost of camping was pretty expensive. Overall, we wouldn't visit Calloose again.
