About the site

A family run caravan and camping park nestled down a quiet lane with lovely views of the unspoilt and rolling countryside of South East Cornwall. Less than ten minutes to the coast and Seaton Beach. The site offers grass pitches close to the facilities block, suitable for tents, campervans, motorhomes and caravans. There is a 16 amp electric hook up. There are also fully serviced grass pitches with space for an awning, water hook up, drain and 16 amp electric hook up at the pitchside. Suitable for tents, campervans, motorhomes and caravans. There are hardstanding pitches with 16 amp electric, suitable for campervans, motorhomes and caravans. Finally, there are all weather hardstanding pitches for campervans, motorhomes and caravans, with space for an awning, a 16 amp electric hook up, water point and drain on pitch. There are camping pods and static caravans available on site for those looking for a little more luxury. Enjoy a long day at the coast with the knowledge that you don't have to bring the beach back with you when you can use the onsite laundry facilities. Dogs are welcome to join you during your stay.

Guests have access to two separate male and female shower blocks, each featuring four showers with lockable doors, four toilets, and four sinks with sensor taps. The men's block also has two urinals and a shaving point. Hairdryers are provided in the ladies' block, free of charge.

There is also a fully equipped laundry room with a coin-operated washer and dryer, as well as an iron and ironing board. Outdoors, there are three sinks by the showers for washing up and food preparation, and there is a freezer in reception for ice packs. For pups, there's an enclosed dog walking area with a litter bin.

The onsite shop sells all the essentials, including milk, bread, drinks, dog food, and a small selection of children's and dog toys. WiFi is available.

Looe is a ten minute drive away, with pubs including The Golden Guinea and The Ship Inn for food and drink.

No Mans Land is a good name for the village next to the park. It feels like it but peaceful is what we wanted & got. Weather wasn’t great lost an awning the first night! Park was clean & tidy. Good washer & dryer. Showers & toilets really clean. We did have trouble with electric. Someone was plugged in ours 33 so we hooked into there’s but it blew in 20mins we used another pitches & think it got sorted but we stayed in the other for rest of time.

Things to do on site and in the Looe area

This is the perfect base for exploring Cornwall, with so many of the county's attractions nearby. There are a huge range of beaches to choose from including Millendreath, which is dog friendly, Seaton, Looe, Hannafore and Downderry. Whitsand Bay is a huge sandy beach along the Rame Peninsular. It does require a walk to reach it but it's worth it. Dogs allowed all year.
