About the site
This adult only site is located in the North Yorkshire countryside. Ideal for those with dogs and looking for local walks, such as Skipwirth Common (five minutes). Take in the local wildlife, including the onsite farm animals, just 20 minutes from historic York. The site offers three spacious grass pitches with optional metered 16 amp electric hook ups, suitable for campervans, motorhomes and caravans. There are two hardstanding pitches with optional metered 16 amp electric hook ups, suitable for campervans, motorhomes and caravans. The touring pitches are only available for Caravan and Motorhome Club members. If you're looking to leave the camping equipment at home, the Honey Pod is a great find. A glamping pod with a king sized bed, a kitchenette, WiFi and an ensuite shower room. Outside, guests will find a patio and seating with views over the farm. The Owl lodge is a great getaway with a king sized bed, a lounge, a dining area, dishwasher, WiFi, kitchen and an ensuite shower room. Towels and bedding are included in both glamping accommodations, and both are dog friendly with up to two allowed. This site is a great base for exploring Yorkshire, with the Askham Bryan Wildlife and Conservation Park 20 minutes from the site and the North York Moors National Park just 50 minutes away. Well behaved dogs are welcome on site. BBQs and open fires are not allowed onsite.

Site rules and policies
*This site's touring pitches are for Caravan and Motorhome Club members only.
*Up to two small dogs or one large dog are welcome in both accommodations, provided they are well-behaved, kept on a lead at all times, and never left unattended. Please contact us in advance if you'd like to bring other pets.
*Due to safety considerations, children under 14 are not permitted. Maximum two adults per unit.
*Please help us maintain a peaceful setting by observing quiet hours from 11pm to 8am.
*Guests are welcome to use the fire pit at Honey Pod responsibly and at their own risk. Never leave it unattended, and ensure it is fully extinguished before turning in.
*Smoking and vaping are strictly not permitted in or near the Honey Pod, Owl Lodge, or surrounding yard areas.
