About the site

Family-friendly touring park on a mountain resort nestled in the Highlands, with snowboarding, skiing, biking and more. There are 15 pitches, all of which are set on hardstanding gravel and have 16 amp electric hook-up. Pitches measure 6m x 5m and are suitable for campervans and motorhomes only. The pitches are within walking distance to the gondola base station, so you'll have easy access to the slopes. The resort offers year-round mountain access to 200,000 skiers, snowboarders, climbers, bikers, hillwalkers, sightseers and adrenaline seekers. Dogs are welcome onsite just please keep them under control at all times. Campfires are not permitted. Please note, the facilities block is a walk away from the pitches at the gondola base station.

Nevis Range Campervan Park is open from 01/01 to 23/12 and 26/12 to 31/12 in 2025 and from 01/01 to 03/01, 05/02 to 23/12 and 26/12 to 31/12 in 2026.

VW-Type Campervan - Electric Hardstanding PitchesSep 2025

Good place to stay, showers were good and warm, hairdryers were a nice touch, electric hook up was fine. However, my only issue is that there's not much internet reception on my mobile and I couldn't pick up their Wi-Fi from the campsite area, so that has downgraded the site from being higher stars. The receptionist said they were aware of the Wi-Fi not reaching the campsite so as a female solo traveling, that did not feel safe. I couldn't call or text with anyone so I think that needs addressing as a safety issue at least. I wasn't intending to go up Ben Nevis but there is a cable car up half way to Ben Nevis to a cafe, which was lovely to do. Great views from the cafe and from the cable car, which takes about 15 minutes each way.

Motorhome parking is situated 5/10 minute walk from the facilities, loos & showers with no lighting, making walking alone in the dark a tad dangerous. The motorhome park bit did have a washing up station. However, in beautiful surroundings and a great place for mountain bikers.

Great place to stay if you're into mountain biking or just walking. Camping facilities were lovely modern and very clean. A couple of restaurants if you don't want to cook. Only a couple of negatives, the cost of a foot passenger for the gondola - if you want to go to the top of the mountain £27.50 is a bit high. Even though we paid to stayed in the campground, we still wanted to bike for the rest of the day, we had to pay £6 extra for the parking.
