The Golden Lion at Menherion, near Stithians is a cosy boutique campsite in a very popular location for those trying to get away from it all. Find yourself in the idyllic surrounds of Stithians Lake near Redruth, close to the tip of Cornwall and Falmouth. The area is very popular with hikers, bird watchers, cyclists and offers watersports. Go to sleep beside incredible views of the lake and wake up to hearty meals at the attached pub.

Nestled away next to the manicured gardens, overlooking Stithians Lake, with picturesque views and a short stumble to a great meal and a cracking pint, this site ticks all the boxes. Stay in a beautiful Lakeside location, whatever the time of year. The site is only 15 minutes from the popular Harbour town of Falmouth and 15 minutes from City of Truro, nicely placed in the middle from the north and south coasts. Around you is all the beauty of Cornwall, including lovely beaches, winding lanes and England's rural charm. On offer is a small site with spacious plots that won't leave you feeling overcrowded. Try one of the grassy plots with some hardstandings available too. All pitches offer electric hook up, if required, and superb views of Stithians Lake.

Site rules and policies
Check-in at the Golden Lion pub is after 11.30am on the first day of your booking where the balance of your payment will be taken and you will then be given a pitch number and shown on a map where you will be placed.
Please check out by 11am on the day of your departure.
Dogs are welcome to the site.
Upon checking in, you will receive a Welcome Letter which stated rules and facilities along with wifi codes etc...
