Sprinter-Type Campervan - Fully Serviced Hardstanding Touring PitchesDec 2025

We booked this site for two reasons, 1) we wanted to visit Winchester Christmas Market, which we did and had a lovely day. We travelled to Winchester on the train which was a ten minute walk from the site (with our dog), 2) we wanted a nice place to walk, Netley certainly delivered on this. The abbey ruins were worth a visit, we had a lovey walk along the beach and enjoyed a nice meal in a pub (with the dog), this was all within a 20 minute walk from the site. The site itself was both clean, well maintained and the toilets/showers were fab, loads of hot water. WiFi was great. We had a great 3/4 days.

Site's response

Thank you for taking the time to review, with a lot of useful comments, which I am sure will help any future customers. Pleased to hear that you enjoyed your stay, you certainly made the most of your time here. Hope to see you again.

Motorhome - Fully Serviced Hardstanding Touring PitchesOct 2025

Booked a hardstanding serviced pitch for 2 nights. We were offered a grass service pitch on arrival, as they said it can be quite noisy from traffic along the road side. We were told all the other hard standing pitches were booked, although apart from a couple of new arrivals, this doesn't seem to have been true as they were still empty upon us leaving, but we took up the offer with thanks. The electric, water and drainage point are quite a distance from where you are told to park, luckily we have long electric & water leads but were unable to use the drainage without our grey waste container. We would have required about 20ft of waste pipe to reach the drain. The showers are push button and were very hot, they basic and clean also code entry for the ladies. A couple of pubs within walking distance (longest 20 mins) although there is no pathway on leaving the site until you get to the crossroads, and it's a very busy road. Very tidy, open site, no play area for children.

Perfect for a short stopover

VW-Type Campervan - Fully Serviced Hardstanding Touring PitchesSep 2025

Site was clean and all worked fine. Perfect for a short stopover. We highly recommend to go to the village by car or taxi, or better to order food. It's too dangerous to walk down to the village after sunset for restaurants as there is no pedestrian walkways, nor illumination on Grange Road.
