Treglisson is a small, rural site close to the town of Hayle (10 minutes), the A30 and the beaches of St. Ives Bay - with the nearest beachy spot less than a ten minute drive away. Set up your tent or tourer on a range of non electric or electric grass and hardstanding pitches, and start enjoying your Cornish getaway. There's even a play area for kids, free WiFi, and an onsite shop selling freshly baked goods. Families and dogs are welcome!

About the site
Treglisson is a sheltered, rural site just a ten minute drive from Hayle and only 20 minutes from St Ives, home to sandy favourites such as Porthminster, Porthmeor, and Porthgwidden Beach. The popular Praa Sands Beach is also within 20 minutes. During school holidays, the site is family friendly with play facilities providing endless fun for little ones, while outside peak times it offers a peaceful countryside retreat. Set in a former orchard, the park's 40 spacious 10m x 10m pitches suit tents (up to 7m), caravans, campervans, and motorhomes. Thirty-three are grass and seven hardstanding, all with 16 amp electric hook ups. An additional camping field with space for six tents is open during the school summer holidays. Onsite, the licensed shop, The Mine, serves fresh pastries, local produce, and beers and spirits for grownups. For a bite to eat, the Angarrack Inn and Loggans Moor Brewers Fayre are just a five minute drive. Families can spend time at Paradise Park and JungleBarn, less than a ten minute drive away, offering an indoor play centre, a miniature railway, rare birds, animals and more. The historical St. Michael's Mount is a short 20 minute drive. Well behaved dogs are welcome, but they must be on the lead at all times.
Electric pitches are available from 27th March until 1st November, non electric pitches are available during the May half term and the summer holidays. Pitches from £28/night for 2 people.

Is Treglisson Touring Park dog friendly?
Yes, two well behaved dogs are welcome per stay, provided they are kept on a lead whilst onsite and that owners clean up after them. A number of footpaths, ideal for exercising your dog, link from the site and it's just over a 5 minute drive to the dog friendly beach at Sandy Acres. Breeds and crossbreeds listed in the Dangerous Dogs Act are not permitted.
Are BBQs/campfires allowed at Treglisson Touring Park?
Guests are welcome to bring their own BBQs or fire pits, provided they are small, raised off the ground - open campfires are not permitted. They must be a safe distance from your own and neighbours' tents/caravans. Treglisson do not sell camping gas or disposable BBQs, but camping gas is sold at most garden centres and some petrol stations (such as Texaco in Hayle).
What time is check-in/out at Treglisson Touring Park?
Check-in is from 2pm-8pm and you must vacate your tent or touring pitch before 11am on day of departure. If you are going to arrive after 8pm please call the site and please try to arrive before dark in order to safely pitch your tent.
