About the site
Situated in the Dorset National Landscape, the site is best suited for families, couples, and solo travellers looking to escape the everyday hustle and bustle! The shepherd's huts are made for two, each with a king size bed and feather duvet and a small wood burner. The huts are finished beautifully with restored furniture and blacksmith fittings, as well as a range of books and games to make your stay as comfortable and enjoyable as possible. Each has its own fire pit and outdoor kitchen kit provided. There is the option of a hot tub right next to each hut/yurt, the perfect place to enjoy stargazing with the very dark skies. Bed linen and towels for two are provided, along with a supply of wood and fire lighters, cooking equipment, china and cutlery. You'll also be provided with a pack of essentials for the kitchen including coffee, tea, sugar, marshmallows and washing up liquid.
Dorset Forest Garden is open all year round in 2025 and 2026.
