About Pioneer Billys Certificated Site
First established in 1980, the Garwood family have made Lower Condurrow Farm their home for a number of years. The setting here enjoys a relaxed vibe with the chance to catch a glorious sunset and an easy distance to some of West Cornwall's finest beaches. Pitches suit tents and tourers and provide a quiet hideaway from the hustle and bustle. Nature lovers can enjoy hearing the birdsong from their base here, and don't miss meeting the animals onsite including Derek the donkey, goats and the site's own shetland pony, Muffin! Campfires are welcome, so light 'em up and kick back amongst this peaceful hideaway ideal for families, hikers, birdwatchers and more.

Facilities include an amenity block with toilet, shower and wash basin. Equipment hire is available including portaloos and cooking equipment.
The nearest shop is under a mile away and there are a variety of restaurants, takeaways and pubs in the local area. The site also produces their own fresh fruit and veg as well as eggs.
