A note from the site themselves...

I love this site as it's very personal to me. I have set up the site on my family farm which I have lived on most of my life. I am the 4th generation on the farm and I like to find innovative ways of progressing it further.

It's also special to me as it's been many hours of hard work in getting it to where it is today. The 'Shepherd's Hut' is my first self-build project and I am filled with pride with kind comments about how it benefits so many people's holiday experience in Cornwall.

I am privileged to host such great people and I am so thankful for their support. I love meeting you all and hearing everyone different ways of life.

This small slice of Cornish countryside is a far cry from the busy, small-pitched, commercial sites and I love the way its small size has a big impact on everyone's kind comments and thoughts of the site.

Medium Tent - Non Electric Grass PitchesAug 2024

We stayed for two nights with our toddler - really lovely little site! Very clean, modern toilets and showers, good sized pitches and secure enough for the little one to run around freely. Tom was very friendly, nothing was too much trouble. Will definitely stay again.

Fantastic little spot!

Small Tent - Non Electric Grass PitchesMay 2024

Beautiful hidden gem! Facilities were exceptional, there was a BBQ area, showers and toilets. A place to charge your phones, freezer, bins and recycling. Everything and more you need camping. We went to the black swan (two minutes down the road) for dinner that was equally as good! Will be staying again, especially as you can bring your dogs!

Peace
