Perfectly positioned for exploring the best of Cornwall, our family-run holiday park is just 15 minutes from Cornwall's stunning beaches, The Lost Gardens of Heligan, the Eden Project and St. Austell, so you'll never be short of things to see and do! For those who love the great outdoors, our Cosy Cabins let you get closer to nature without giving up comfort. Located in a quiet section of the park, they offer sweeping countryside views, proximity to outdoor play areas, and a relaxing off-grid feel. Ideal for couples or families wanting both adventure and relaxation across the seasons. Each sleeping up to four guests, every cabin features a double bed and bunk beds, along with bedding, lighting and an electric heater to keep you warm and comfortable. You'll also find a TV with Freeview and DVD player, plus a kettle, microwave, toaster, crockery and cutlery for easy self-catering. Four-legged friends are welcome to join you for your stay in the pet friendly cabins, with up to two pups allowed. There is even a dedicated walking field for them to stretch their paws. Evenings can also be spent unwinding and cooking up a BBQ outside your cabin, just please ensure it is raised from the ground. Please note, open fires are not permitted. In addition to the cabins, the park offers 19 electric tenting and touring pitches, seasonal pitches, luxury lodges and static caravans, some of which include private hot tubs. Facilities include 24-hour shower blocks with individual cubicles and private bathrooms, along with a launderette featuring coin-operated washing machines and tumble dryers. Guests can enjoy the heated outdoor swimming pool (open from late May to September), a large dog exercise field, woodland walk, and a reception with onsite shop. The Cosy Café offers both indoor and outdoor seating, serving snacks and drinks to enjoy (open seasonally May-September). There's plenty to keep younger guests entertained, with an indoor games room featuring a pool table, table tennis, air hockey, table football and darts, as well as a dedicated playframe. Outside, additional play areas and a zip wire provide even more fun. Our Pet's Corner is home to ponies, donkeys, goats, guinea pigs and more, with daily animal petting sessions during high season. Fishing is also available season-round in the three beautiful onsite lakes (chargeable).

Site rules and policies
Meadow Lakes is a family park. We do not accept large single sex groups/parties of young people unless by specific prior arrangement at the managements complete discretion. We reserve the right to refuse admission to any person(s).
1. Please respect the guests in other accommodation on the park, keeping noise to a minimum especially after 11pm. The management reserves the right to terminate the booking of any person whose conduct is detrimental to the park or comfort of other guests.
2. Meadow Lakes cannot accept any liability whatsoever for loss, damage, accident or injury to person(s), property or personal belongings however caused during your stay at the park.
3. Bookings are non transferable. No refund can be given or deposits returned for any reason including for inclement weather or early termination of your holiday.
4. Latest arrival is normally 8pm however in the event of an emergency or unexpected delay, please call reception and arrangements for your arrival can be made.
5. Pitches will normally be available from 2pm. We cannot guarantee (i) that you can access your pitch if you arrive early (ii) you can extend your stay beyond the period already booked, although every effort will be made to accommodate your requirements. The pitch number is deemed the centre of your allocation and all jockey wheels must be pointing outwards.
6. Gazebos/Windbreaks must not obstruct the thoroughfare between caravans and must not be used for sleeping in. Only one awning is permitted and this must remain within the pitch allocation.
7. Only one tent, tourer or caravan is permitted per touring pitch with a max of 8 occupants. No exceptions. However one pup tent may be added and paid for at time of booking but must not exceed 2m x 1m x 1m and is for child use only. Anyone using multiple tents or caravans will be charged for another pitch & asked to separate.
8. Gazebos and pup tents are permitted & chargeable. Management reserve the right to restrict overcrowding of pitch.
9. All possessions, equipment and vehicles must be positioned and maintained within the allotted pitch area including guy ropes. Please check the size of your tent/caravan before arrival.
10. Pitches should be vacated by 11am on the day of departure. Late departure is at 2pm and by prior arrangement only (charged £20.00 peak season, £10.00 any other time) late departures may use facilities until 6pm.
11. Parents & guests will be responsible for their own children and pets at all times. Young children must be accompanied to the toilets/showers. Girls/Boys over 8 years of age must use the appropriate Female/Male facilities. Although we do have family rooms available. Children are not allowed to play in or around the toilet/shower areas or alone by the lake area.
12. No bicycles, skate boards, roller blades/skates, micro-scooters or similar are allowed inside any building on the Park. They must not be used on the entrance lanes or the main roads outside reception. Kites may only be flown on designated areas of the park, please confirm these areas with reception. No private drones.
13. Please do not feed the animals unless accompanied by a member of staff, as animals are unpredictable and may bite.
14. (i) Dogs must be kept on leads at all times except in the designated dog exercise area and must not be left unattended at any time, in any area. (ii) Dogs are not permitted in the children's play area at any time. Owners will be responsible for the removal of any fouling on the Park, including from the exercise area. We reserve the right to refuse certain breeds of dogs that we consider inappropriate for a family holiday park. (iii) Maximum of 2 dogs per accommodation permitted.
15. No Lorries, commercial or converted vehicles are allowed on the Park without prior arrangement.
16. Unlicensed motorised vehicles of any kind are not permitted, e.g. quad bikes/scooters.
17. A 10 MPH speed limit applies at all times. The Road Traffic Act applies to all vehicles when on the Park, Therefore any persons not insured or unqualified may be liable to Police prosecution.
18. An NRA rod licence and Meadow Lakes fishing permit are required to fish in our lakes. Rules of the lakes must be adhered to at all times or the Meadow Lakes permit will be withdrawn. Your NRA permit must be shown if asked for by a member of Meadow Lakes staff. There is a small charge for fishing during your stay, please enquire at reception for prices and permits and to collect a copy of our fishing rules before fishing. All fish must be returned to the lakes as soon as possible.
19. Please be aware that due to the nature of the countryside there are a number of unprotected ditches. Our fishing lakes also have deep water so we insist that parents supervise their children particularly in these areas at all times. Please note: No motorised scooters are allowed by the lakes.
20. Access to the area around the lakes can be enjoyed between dawn and dusk only
21. Please notify the reception staff and/or security immediately if calling the emergency services.
22. Open fires are not permitted on the park. Conventional BBQs and fire pits are allowed but must be on blocks and not tables. Please make sure you do not put your BBQ directly onto the grass.
23. We reserve the right to alter, delete or close certain amenities or facilities without prior notice.
24. The total number in your party must not exceed the capacity of the accommodation advertised. Bedding will only be provided for the maximum occupancy. A baby/cot is deemed a member of your party.
25. We reserve the right to move your allocated plot or accommodation without prior notice should we need to.
26. Offers cannot be applied after booking has been confirmed, during, or after your stay.
27. Charging your electric car using your accommodation electricity is strictly not permitted. Electric charging points near reception are available for a small extra charge.
28. Fireworks are not permitted anywhere on the park.
