Pick between hardstanding tent and touring pitches, ensuite glamping pods, caravans with hot tubs and hot tub lodges, there is accommodation for everyone! There are also great onsite facilities including a licensed shop, an exclusive use sauna, dog wash and dog exercise field, a gym, games room and more!

Friendly and welcoming staff, very clean areas and thought of the little things to make camping easier such as a microwave, a freezer to keep your freezer packs cold etc… Will be booking again that’s for sure!

This site is spot on, with great friendly service and great pitches. Dogs loved it. Location is beautiful. The postcode is not that accurate, but that's the same in most parts of the UK. Will be back soon.

Wonderful few days at Longnor. Showers and toilets were immaculate. Special mention and thanks to the wonderful on-site team who couldn't do enough to help. I made the mistake of forgetting my pillow and they managed to source one for me. Thank you!

Great park with clean bathroom/toilets. Staff were always there to help. Will come again. It was a bit of a shame that Longnor was mostly closed down as we picked this site due to its 4 pubs and shops, including chip shop. There are plenty others to go to a bit further out for food and drinks. My only fault would be that pitch 4 was close to a soil vent pipe which was low to the ground and we did get the odd smell. Maybe fit a longer/taller vent pipe?

I am pleased that you found our facilities clean and staff helpful. It is a huge shame we have lost so many pubs and cafés over the last few years. The pub in the village is being refurbished, so hopefully it will have a tenant in again soon. I haven't had anyone mention about the vent before, but we will see if there is more we could do to solve the issue. We look forward to welcoming you back in the future.

Great location for this very peaceful holiday park. Check in was quick and easy which is great when you've travelled a long way. The site is well equipped, very well kept and all amenities sparkling. There is a large, safe field for dogs to stretch their legs with waste bins which was very handy. The site caters for dogs very well, they even have their own shower room, this is a first for us but a great idea! I have already recommended to friends and family and we will definitely be returning very soon .

Many years ago seeing someone spray a muddy dog down with a hose in November made us decide there was a better way to be found! Very rural, as described, just the job for a relaxed wind-down. Our dog loved the massive dog walking area and daisy field beyond. He has never bothered with rabbits before, but he has started to get a bit "cocky" now haha wanting to chase them! We went in our motorhome and would recommend you take a car too, to reach the lovely surrounding villages. Can't fault the cleanliness of the shower blocks and toilets, always spotless whatever time of day visited. Would definitely visit again. Thank you Longnor Wood!

Thank you for this great review. We like to think that we are far away from things for it to be tranquil, but close enough you can get to amenities in a short drive. We have so many rabbits on site at the moment they probably need to be chased a little to keep them on their toes. I am glad that you found the facilities to be clean. Calm and tranquillity, with friendly and helpful staff. The facilities are very clean and top-notch. I would thoroughly recommend this site. It's children free too.

Me and my partner stayed at the Longnor wood holiday part for 3 nights with our 1 year old cocker spaniel and had such a lovely time. The facilities were very clean with a warm shower! Check in process was really simple. They even have a dog shower area to wash off your dogs after a long hike. Would definitely recommend and will be back!

Despite pretty poor weather, the site is in a truly stunning location, so views were still spectacular. Facilities super, washbasin in every toilet cubicle. Some with a shower too. Spotless. Loved it.

Super lovely and welcoming staff. Campsite is in brilliant condition, clean facilities and nicely spaced out pitches. Everyone respected the quiet codes. Would recommend the walk to Longnor if you’re up for discovering the local area and don’t mind a hilly trek!

Beautiful site. Peaceful place with great walks for our dog. Very clean everywhere, toilets, showers washing facility. Staff around site were very friendly and helpful. You won't be disappointed staying here 😀

A peaceful, quiet and well maintained adult only site. Good sized pitch though with a slight slope. Excellent ablutions with plentiful hot water.

We do our very best to offer peace and tranquillity to our guests. We do the best we can with the pitches being on top of a hill, but I am glad you found it spacious. Hopefully we will see you again in the future.

Lovely stay and would recommend to family and friends. Would be nicer if closer to local pubs and restaurants but this is compensated by the amazing views.

I fully appreciate what you are saying about the pubs etc, but as you say, the views, and I would say, the quietness, are the trade off of being up the hill here. We are also looking to offer pizza on site, but this will be in the future. Hopefully you can come again and try it when it is up and running.

This campsite it great if you fancy a few nights of peace and quiet. It offers fantastic views, top facilities (on-site shop, showers, pot washing station, toilets, laundry room, chemical toilet disposal, electrical hookups, fresh drinking water, parking, and more) and lots of local things to do. The staff were very helpful and polite. My only criticism is in regards to the tent pitches. Since you are pitching on pea gravel, the floor of your tent can be uncomfortable to walk on in socks/bare feet. Luckily, we brought some picnic blankets to put down as a makeshift carpet, which managed to make it easier to walk on.

I appreciate what you are saying about the pea gravel, but we found in the past that by this time of year, the grass would be dead, and it isn't possible to replace it between guests and it tie in properly. I am glad you managed to find a solution with your blankets though.

Great place to stop. Clean & tidy and well kept. Good location to get about. Great for dogs. Suites couples or traveling on your own. Quiet and in a lovely setting. Customer service could be improved upon.
