We really enjoyed our stay, soaking up the beautiful views and serene atmosphere. There were lots of birds which we fed with nuts and fatballs. The site had good clean shower and toilet facilities, also generous size pitches. We would definitely book again.

Great campsite, lovely lady on reception. Water and electric bin area. Fire pit if you wanted one (at a charge). Lovely warm and very clean showers with very hot water. The only things which are very minor it wasn't very well lit walking to the showers/ toilet and a hanger of some sort in the shower cubicle would help. Will definitely return!

Thank you for your review! We don't have lots of lighting so as not to create too much light pollution. We have recently had a lot of refurbishment in the shower block including new doors - the hooks haven't arrived yet and are taking longer than usual so I am so sorry that there weren't any on the doors when you stayed. They will be here within the next week or so. We look forward to seeing you again soon!

Friendly and helpful staff, immaculate shower and toilet facilities, recycling and waste facilities are excellent. Grounds are kept in immaculate condition with stunning views of surrounding countryside, can’t wait to stay again.

Absolutely fantastic! Beautiful location, close to local attractions. Facilities were spotless and the children loved the play field. Will be going back next year!
