This is a great location and campsite is in a great spot for local pubs and restaurants in close walking distance. Very quiet and great facilities. Only one downside was some irresponsible dog owners not cleaning up the dog mess around our pitch which is not the site's fault.

Greeted by staff as soon as arrived on site, the pitch was clean, flat and in good order. The electric hook up was close by and didn't trip out. The toilet / shower block was heated, well lit and very clean. The additional shower and lav shacks were also a great idea and very clean. The site is nicely spaced out and there is a very family orientated atmosphere and everyone is very friendly. It was a great site for a nice getaway.

Very nice camping. Very near a pub and many attractions, but my suggestion for next time - family with kids should pitch closer to the toilets because it was a bit of a walk to the toilets.

Very nice site, clean, good location and friendly. Downside - pitches very close together so little personal space and everyone could hear everyone else's conversations etc, very little privacy. It would be good to use more space for pitches in the centre of the field, instead of a children's football pitch/play area which was very noisy especially in late evenings. Overall a good site and would recommend and will use again.

Had a lovely stay. Lovely campsite, very clean and quiet and an ideal location if taking dogs, with a 2 minute walk for them to have a swim. Unfortunately, we picked the hottest 3 days to go on record, so couldn't explore the local area, but will definitely be back!

Beautiful and serene, which is just what we wanted for a chilled girls time away. So accommodating and the owners are lovely. The site is really clean, well looked after and far enough away from the local village to feel like you're in the middle of nowhere, yet still local. I've already recommended this place to colleagues who have already booked their visits, so they are soon to be overrun with NHS staff 😁 Cannot thank you enough for a relaxing stay. The hot tub made it, even in 35° heat, haha!

The bell tent was amazing. So comfy and big enough for a family of 4. It has great toilets and showers, lovely walks from the camp site and a big area for you to play football and badminton. I love that you can sit out in front of the bell tent and have a picnic table with a big umbrella. The people are fantastic who run it, they are there if you need them. I will defo be coming back again.

A lot of noise pollution from aircraft taking off and flying overhead at all times of day and night. Plus, there was background noise from the A50 nearby. The facilities were very good.

Great site would definitely come again, toilets and showers really clean. Only slight gripe would be water access. The tap for our area was not marked and happened to be at the back of our pitch. This was handy for us, but meant other people felt uncomfortable accessing the tap. It didn't bother us at all, but could do with being more communally accessible. Apart from the small moan we will definitely be back.

It's difficult to find fault. We are still setting up our caravan and needed items to be delivered to site - Tara (manager) and her mum and dad were so friendly and helpful in receiving the deliveries and handing them over to us.

Hill Farm was the ideal location for the first getaway in our new (to us) caravan. Far enough to feel in the country, but near enough for our first in a long time now. Staff were lovely and friendly. Pitches were all clearly marked. The electric and water hook ups are at the back of the pitch, so make sure you have long enough cables and hose pipes. Our hose was too short, so we kept topping up the aqua roll. Not a problem to us and we thoroughly enjoyed a very relaxing 2 night stay. There is plenty of space for children to play ball games.

Lovely and peaceful, the site and toilet blocks were very clean and well kept. Nice walks along the canal and the supermarkets etc are just 10 minutes away in the car. Staff very accommodating, I would recommend.
