About Leonards Cove Holiday Park
A picturesque spot with a peaceful atmosphere on a cliff top location boasting panoramic sea views. The site is ideally situated to enjoy long coastal walks and taking in the stunning surrounding countryside. Bring along your tent and chose from a range of pitch sizes on a spacious camping field, with the option of electric. There are also electric touring pitches or large family pitches with added privacy available. There are also lodges, cottages and holiday homes onsite too. Blackpool Sands and Dartmouth are both in easy reach and make for great days out exploring and relaxing on the local beaches. Sorry, dogs are not permitted on the camping and touring field,
Leonards Cove Holiday Park is open from 01/03 to 31/10.
Site facilities include well kept showers and toilets. There is an excellent onsite restaurant called Radius 7 where you can dine in or pick up a delicious takeaway to eat back at your pitch. The restaurant serves fresh local food and benefits from a licensed bar too. A small shop stocks all the essentials, plus a few treats.
For your nearest supermarket head just 10 minutes into Dartmouth and you'll find a Sainsburys and Lidl. There are also many pubs, many of which are located by the water such as Bushell's Riverside and The Royal Castle.

The campsite amenities were top-notch. The facilities were exceptionally clean, well-maintained, and conveniently located. The campsite staff went above and beyond to ensure that everything was in order, and their friendly and helpful nature added to the overall charm of the place. Whether it was assisting with setting up camp or providing valuable insights about the nearby trails and activities, they were always available and ready to assist.

Absolutely loved staying here because not only are there brilliant showers and toilets, but it's in a really great spot near a nice pub - Green Dragon - and a brilliant restaurant - Kendrick's. It's an easy downhill walk to the fabulous Blackpool Sands beach and the coastal path towards Salcombe. On the way in that direction, there's the brilliant King's Arms community pub in Strete, with its lovely pub garden with sea views. The camping part of the park is quite small but has a sea view.

Things to do on site and in the Dartmouth area
A nice 20 minute saunter will lead you to the fun of Blackpool Sands, which is a sheltered bay, nicely suited to water sports and home to a nice beach cafe.
Pop the whole family in the car and you can rev off to Dartmouth, and be there exploring its pretty steam train in just a few minutes. Have a peek at the castle and watch the gentle waters of the Dart Estuary. Woodlands Family Theme Park will draw your kids magnetically - and it's sure not to disappoint!
