Beer Head Caravan Park is located in one of the last remaining working fishing villages in Devon, featuring traditional flint cottages and unspoilt views. A short walk from the park will take you to the beach, local inns and gift shops. Enjoy the tranquility and stunning horizons of the Jurassic Coast beside the soothing waves of an East Devon bay.
Stay at a third generation family run park with over 80 years of service behind it, offering a relaxed atmosphere in an idyllic setting beside the famous Jurassic coast. You can expect a calm getaway, stunning views across the bay, and the perfect base for exploring Devon's endearing lanes and villages. The park is within walking distance of both a quaint fishing village and one of Devon's superb beaches for great coastal walks. On site there are large grass spaces where tents, motorhomes and touring caravans are all welcome, plus hardstanding serviced pitches are also available for vehicles to enjoy an electric hook-up and running water. Tents also include access to an electric hook-up and all touring and camping pitches include sea views! For those not looking to camp, there are luxury lodges and deluxe static caravans available. All touring pitches are pet friendly, as is selected static accommodation too.

1) Important info to know.. please be aware of the size of our pitches before making a booking to ensure your tent will fit & you are happy you have enough space.
2) Our pitches have 2 sizes: 5m x 5m or 9m long x 5m deep.
3) Advance bookings & to check availability can be done online via our website or over the telephone.
4) We ask for a non-refundable deposit of £20 per booking and the balance to be paid 7 days before your arrival. Please pay the balance on time to avoid disappointment.
5) If the booking is made less than 7 days away from when you arrive, the full amount is payable when making the booking either via the secure payment link in your email or please call us to make a card payment.
6) Should you need to change the dates of your booking, you can do so up to 2 weeks before your arrival to another date within the same season. Sorry, but we are unable to alter booking dates with less than 2 weeks' notice.
7) Please check in at Reception on arrival, even if you have been here before and please advise us if you plan to arrive later than 6pm.
8) Your pitch will be available from midday and please depart your pitch no later than 11am.
9) The cost of your stay is for your pitch, per night and not as previously priced - per person.
10) Friendly dogs are welcome but please keep them on a lead at all times. Owners must clear up after their dogs & dispose of waste inside our general skips provided.
11) Please respect your neighbours by keeping noise levels to a minimum between the hours of 10:30pm & 8am.
12) Every endeavour will be made to allocate guests the pitch of their choice, however it must be clearly understood that acceptance of a booking is not conditional on the allocation of a particular pitch.
13) The ground is particularly hard and we recommend using strong tent pegs and a decent mallet!
14) Our tent pitches are natural grass and do wear during use throughout the season. Breathable ground sheets are welcome to preserve the grass.
15) BBQ's are permitted but must be off the ground. Blocks are available outside the shop. No open fires, please - burnt sausages are not good!
16) Clothes lines are not permitted as they can be dangerous after dark.
17) Please call us to make group bookings for guests under the age of 18 years.
18) It is regretted that no refunds can be made if guests depart early prior to the end of their booked stay for any reason, including poor weather conditions. We like to think it is always sunny here but unfortunately we do have the odd storm!
19) If we have not heard from you by 9am the day after following your expected arrival, we reserve the right to re-let your pitch to other guests.
20) A minimum stay is not required even during the high season and bank holiday weekends.
Start your entertainment in the park's bistro which does a great Sunday lunch and often has popular theme nights. Once you've had your fill, take to the bay and watch the waves or go rockpooling. Stroll through Beer Village to get a taste of local life and be sure to try the delicious local ice cream.
There's plenty of dining opportunities right on your doorstep, with a shop on site selling all the essentials and a takeaway service for pizzas and hot food.
Those who are serious walkers will want to challenge themselves with the South West Coastal Path for 630 miles of guided daily walks, and can select any portion of the whole to discover.

Beer hosts an annual Regatta week every August which is very popular with local residents and guests.
If you're in need of a touch of the urban, Exeter is only an hour away by car, with a lovely quayside where you can feed the ducks, the Royal Albert Memorial Museum and of course a world famous racecourse.
