Just the most idyllic campsite I’ve ever had the pleasure of staying at.

Great place away from the crowds. Camping amongst the orchard trees is great. You don't feel cramped, as each pitch is a 'row' of the orchard.

Lovely campsite! We really enjoyed camping in between the rows of apple trees - not only was it pretty but it gave you a bit of privacy from the other campers. The tasting room is a really nice place to hang out in the evenings and try one of their amazing ciders. There was delicious paella being served on the bank holiday Sunday evening. They only do food when there are lots of people in the campsite which is fair enough but something to make sure you check so you can plan around it. The toilets and showers were good and clean.

We stayed for 3 nights and loved it. Highlights were the peace and quiet, the firepits, and of course the cider. The area is gorgeous too. They were busy with tours, as well as the fact that it is a working farm, but couldn't have been more welcoming.

Almost perfect. Fantastic hosts, fantastic setting and great tap room. A little more attention to the cleaning of the facilities would boost that score. Despite this minor criticism, highly recommend to all.

Second time we have stayed here and we loved it even more than the first time. Amazing staff, really friendly. Cider is amazing as well. Perfect place for a chilled weekend. We will be back. Only thing we would say is maybe some more toilets in the orchard where the shower and washing up area is.

Really enjoyed camping between our rows of cider apple trees and watching the local wildlife. Great to have the Cider bar on site, which was comfortable with a relaxed atmosphere. Friendly staff who were happy to answer questions about cider making. Excellent cider available on tap and in bottles to purchase. Great showers but felt the toilets could have been cleaner. For future it would be good to have under cover washing up facilities.

A great little site with the added bonus of homemade cider available from the apples that are growing in the orchard you camp in. Very friendly staff and a lovely quiet location. It is 10 minutes walk to the Hare and Hounds pub or a longer 40 minutes walk to the Half Moon, both very good.

Me and my partner had a lovely 2 night stay camping amongst the trees, even though it was quite wet and windy, we still had a great weekend! The facilities are very clean, looked after and homely, and the tasting room was great to spend trying out the cider and getting away from the wet weather. We would definitely come back :)

Absolutely lovely stay at the Orchard - camping in the trees was definitely something different! Great ciders in the tasting room & having local food trucks coming to visit made it extra cool!

It's a really lovely site. We felt that the facilities could be cleaned more regularly, e.g, empty bins, mop floor etc. The washing up facilities are good but are not covered so you have to fish leaves and sap and branches out of the sinks before putting you dishes in (take vileda cloths). On Friday night, we had a group of 12 camped right next to us, who were up until 2.30am. Once the owners knew about it, they stopped it happening again. They dealt with it really well.

The campsite was lovely, laid back and peaceful. The plots between the apple trees were long and spacious. The cider taproom was a wonderful addition to a great campsite!

We felt it was a tad difficult to find down very narrow lanes but the welcome was good and we found a good camping spot. You have a whole avenue of fruit trees to yourself, so very quiet and peaceful. There is no food on site but the cider "tasting room" is excellent with a choice of a number of real ciders. Facilities are OK for the limited number of pitches...two showers and three toilets. Would definitely visit again but we found the journey to and from the campsite difficult as we had to reverse up a few times in the narrow lane.

A beautiful setting for a unique campsite. This cider orchard is organic and the family run business is passionate about the land and the pollinators. The family are also creatives and there are sculptures and art which add to the special atmosphere. The slow-pulled pork on Saturday night was a bonus! Would definitely recommend and hope to return next year!

An amazing place. Gorgeous surroundings, incredibly polite staff and great, clean facilities. We were very surprised by the amount of space allocated. We had a whole row to ourselves...over 100m! In addition because of the trees, even though we were next to people, it still felt very private.

First thing to say is the cider was fantastic - 5* As for camping, there was no hot water in two of the loos, the washing up sink was balanced on a old pallet and the facilities were dirty. I felt it needed a good upgrade - 3 loos and 2 showers (one of which was in a garden shed) was not enough.

We had a great stay. The site was so relaxing, a great atmosphere, very friendly family run business, very good value, fantastic cider We had already made plans to eat out and BBQ. When we come back, we will definitely eat on site. The owner was cooking some amazing food (paella on Saturday and apple smoked chicken on Sunday) with vegetarian options too. Decent toilets and showers. Was just bliss. Thank you.

Beautiful orchard in full bloom, camped for four nights. Plenty of space. Unlit so hundreds of stars visible in clear nights. Very good holiday.
