Shoreline Escapes offers guests a touch of luxury in the outdoors, a five minute drive from the New Forest and ten minutes from Avon Beach. There are 15 bell tents set in an open field with the option of sleeping three or four people. Each bell tent is dog friendly and has a picnic bench and fire pit with a grill for meals in the open. Enjoy waking up to birdsong from the comfort of your double bed!

About Shoreline Escapes
Set along the Hampshire and Dorset border, this peaceful site is set in the rural countryside, great for those in need of rest and relaxation! Just ten minutes from the sandy Avon beach and 20 minutes from Bournemouth, you can spend your days laying in the sand and soaking up the sun. You'll be staying in one of the bell tents with the option of a three person or four person tent. Each tent has a comfy double bed and then either one or two single air beds or futons, perfect for families and couples. Bedding is provided as well as other soft furnishings for that extra touch and to lighten the packing load! Outside each of the tents is a picnic bench and a fire pit with a grill, perfect for BBQs, enjoy your meal as you gaze up to the Dorset night sky. There is also a tea and coffee making tent for complimentary morning brews! Well located, there are plenty of beaches and walks with the New Forest and Bournemouth both within an easy reach. The site is only a 15 minute walk to the Bockhampton village pub, The Lamb Inn, where you will also find other amenities including shops and eateries. The site welcomes well behaved dogs with up to two allowed per booking, please note that this is at an extra charge. Each tent also comes with a raised fire pit for campfires and BBQs, open fires are not permitted.
Shoreline Escapes is open from 12/07 to 08/08 and 12/08 to 05/09.
There are two toilets and two showers onsite that are shared between guests, as well as a washing up area and power banks.
Guests can also enjoy complimentary tea and coffee in the mornings from the site owners.
The closest pub is The Lamb Inn, just a 15 minute walk from the site, and for picking up any essentials the Burton News and Stores is under a five minute drive away.

Absolutely phenomenal experience at Shoreline Escapes. From the moment we arrived, we were swept away by the sheer luxury of the glamping accommodations. The attention to detail was impeccable, with every comfort carefully considered. Nestled right by the beautiful New Forest, the location offered a perfect blend of tranquillity and convenience. With charming pubs and the beach just moments away, there was never a dull moment. Whether we were lounging in our cosy tent, chilling by the bonfire under the stars or exploring the stunning surroundings, every moment felt like a dream. A heartfelt thank you to the Shoreline Escapes team for an unforgettable getaway. We'll definitely be returning this year!

Stayed one night with the family. Had a brilliant night our girls loved it. Such a beautiful calm setting with lots to do near by. Perfect night away for our family. Had two large tents between us all as there was 8 of us in total

My husband and I had a wonderful two nights glamping here. The Bell tents are beautifully decorated and comfortable. It is really peaceful with the most beautiful sunset. Facilities are kept spotless. Nice touch having complimentary tea and coffee in the morning. Owners are extremely helpful and accommodating. Plenty of parking and plenty to do just a ten minute drive away. New Forest, Beaches, fabulous pubs and so forth. Highly recommend!

Things to do on site and in the Christchurch area
The site is set on a spacious field, so there is plenty of room for games there is even a Badminton court set up for guests to enjoy.
The villages of Burton and Bockhampton are both within a 15 minute walk of the site and offer quaint shops and eateries to explore. The site is set on the edge of the New Forest National Park, only a five minute drive from site. Here guests can explore bridleways, footpaths and cycle trails for a day of family fun!
You'll also be only a ten minute drive from sandy Avon beach, and 20 minutes from Bournemouth ideal for those wanting to sit back and relax. Or, for rainy days visit the centre of Bournemouth to explore the Oceanarium.
