About the site
An ideal base for exploring Hampshire, the park is well situated for reaching the many attractions in Hamble and the surrounding areas. Immerse yourself in the history of the area by visiting the ancient city of Winchester, Portchester Castle or Portsmouth Historic Dockyard. For nature lovers, the New Forest is just a 25-minute drive away or Titchfield Haven Nature Reserve is even closer. This intimate site has 31 spacious 10m x 10m grass pitches, each with the option of an electric hook up and excellent onsite facilities. For fun-loving adults or those with children, there are many opportunities to get on the water and discover the joys of the South Coast. Manor Farm and River Hamble Country Park are just up the road and Paulton's Park Home of Peppa Pig World is also close by. The onsite Gaff Rigger restaurant and bar has amazing views and is open all day. Unwind with a coffee or enjoy a delicious meal with the family either inside or al fresco. This site also offers stylish floating Marine Lodges and comfortable furnished caravans available to book.

Great stay. Very nice reception from both staff and other campers and great location. We walked up to Hamble Village for food and drink at The Kings and Queens (lovely food!) and finished off at the Mercury Marina Bar. My only gripe was the shower tray was not clean at all and didn't drain well. The cubicle was later locked so I reckon staff were aware. But, this didn't detract from a great place that we would most definitely return to.

Value for money, clean, great facilities and a nice restaurant. This is a good experience for someone who likes glamping, but also wants to experience camping.

Lovely, clean and quiet camping site. Very peaceful. Hooked up our campervan to the electric on a grass pitch with no issues. Clean and warm showers, inside washing up area. Would definitely recommend if you're looking for a peaceful place to relax.
