Nestled within the Brecon Beacons, The Huts in the Hills enjoy a truly stunning location set by the River Wye and boast easy access to the Offa's Dyke Path just behind you. Eco friendly and off the beaten track, make the most of this hidden gem with a wood fired hot tub and exclusive use of up to four shepherd's huts.
Nature is all around you here. Hear the gentle echo of the stream running nearby your luxury shepherd's hut surrounded by luscious woodland set in the Black Mountains. This glamping escape is an eco friendly one too, with solar panels and a wind turbine providing the power. The huts here are built for you exclusively, and you won't be sharing this charming location with anyone else! There are three shepherd's huts each sleeping two people and, if needed, a fourth hut is tucked away just 50 yards from the others. Perfect for a family break or a small group of eager explorers. Inside each hut, you'll enjoy use of a double bed and wood burning stove, with a set of table and chairs ideal for setting up one of the board games supplied (including Monopoly, Scrabble, Jenga). Bedding and blankets provided. You'll always have an ample supply of firewood for the fire pit outside the hut too. Two dogs are welcome to join but by priory arrangement only.

The site is a superb base for seeing some of the Brecon Beacon's most popular attractions.
Keen walkers won't have far to go to start a route on the Offa's Dyke Path or Wye Valley Trail nearby. And, when the sun sets, the Dark Sky Reserve in the National Park is the ideal spot for stargazing.
Alternatively, bike hire is available at Wye Valley Canoes nearby, and the Brecon Beacons is an ideal place to test them out with no less than 15 graded routes catering to beginners as well as keen cyclists.
Bookworms should head to the quaint town of Hay-on-Wye on your doorstep - famed for its sheer number of antiquarian bookshops. Or time your arrival for the annual Hay Festival.
