About The Grange Camping and Caravan Park
The site is located on the multi award winning The Grange Garden Centre complex, in the heart of Leicestershire. Relax at your pitch, grab a bite from the Kitchen Cafe or visit the market town of Melton Mowbray. The camping field welcomes tents with a choice of non electric and electric pitches. For tourers, the site offers 20 hardstanding pitches, including five supersized pitches, each with metred electric, mains water and grey water disposal. There is also a Mongolian yurt, ideal for a luxurious trip away. It's also ideally situated to explore the rest of the towns, cities and villages in Leicestershire, Nottingham is just 35 minutes away. Four-legged friends are welcome to join you on your stay. Gas BBQs are welcome onsite, disposable BBQs or fire pits are not permitted.

Onsite facilities include mens, ladies and disabled toilet and shower facilities as well as a Kitchen Cafe. The Park is sited at the multi award winning Grange Garden Centre and Mountain Restaurant and Bar. There is also a gift shop onsite.
In Melton Mowbray just five minutes from the site, there is a good selection of supermarkets and pubs.

Site rules and policies
1. Check In time 2pm-5pm and Check Out time 11am. If you would like to Check In or Check Out at times not stated then please do contact us to see if they can accommodate this.
2. Upon arrival all guests should park at the Park carpark shown on the site map and check in at the Park reception with your online booking reference details. There is strictly no access after 21:00 to the park, in these circumstances if you arrive after this time then a parking space will be available in the site carpark. Reception will be open at 09:00 for you to check in the following morning. The site cannot provide refunds for missed nights.
3. The Park barrier will be locked for access into the site between the hours of 21:00 and 07:00. Vehicles will be able to leave the Park during these hours but upon return to the Park will have to park in the carpark until 07:00 the next morning. No refund will be given for any nights not spent on the booked Camping Field or Hardstanding Pitch once arrived.
4. Each booking includes 2 guests.
5. The Camping Field is a tent area only, vehicles are not allowed on the Camping Field.
6. Electric is metered on Hardstanding touring pitches.
7. If you are part of a group booking of 8 people or more then, please notify us by email
8. This is a quiet site; they request that noise levels are kept to a minimum between 9.30pm and 8am
9. No hen/stag parties or weddings are allowed on the Park.
10. The site welcomes dogs, please ensure they are always kept on a lead during your visit to The Park.
11. Visitors are not permitted on the Camping field or Hardstanding pitches at any time, these are reserved exclusively for the use of paying guests. Visitors are welcome at our multi award winning Mountain Restaurant, Bar and Farmhouse Kitchen Cafe on site.
12. Maximum speed limit on site is strictly 5mph
13. Clearly labelled recycling and waste facilities are available for small items of household waste and general food waste. Please help with the recycling by cleaning and separating all waste and placing into the appropriately marked bin.
14. The Caravan and Motorhome Waste Disposal Point only accepts green ecologically safe toilet fluid, the reed filtration bed is unable to cope with blue fluid.
15. All children must be closely supervised by a responsible adult.
16. Open fires and BBQs are banned on the Park

Head to Nottingham, just 35 minutes from the site. Get a taste of the history of the city and visit Nottingham Castle, or explore Wollaton Hall, with its tranquil gardens and deer park.
Venture into the market town of Melton Mowbray, just five minutes away, and wonder around the quaint shops or visit Melton Country Park and have a stroll around the lakes.
